As is well known, in the past, for the purpose of ease of use, water saving, and sanitary maintenance, a detection sensor consisting of a light-emitting element and a light-receiving element was placed in the faucet part of a faucet. The light is detected by the light emitting and light receiving elements, and the solenoid valve placed upstream of the faucet is opened under the control of the control device to automatically supply water.Then, when the hand is removed from the lower part of the faucet, the light emitting and light receiving elements are detected. Automatic water drain and water stop valves are widely used, which automatically shut off water by closing a solenoid valve under the control of a control unit when water is not detected.

The present invention has the following technical means to achieve the above object. That is, to explain using the reference numerals used in the attached drawings corresponding to the embodiments, a detection sensor consisting of a light-emitting element and a light-receiving element is disposed in the faucet part of the faucet, and the sensor is placed in the lower part of the faucet. When the water is dripping, it is detected by the light emitting and light receiving elements mentioned above, and through the control of the control device, the solenoid valve placed on the upstream side of the faucet is opened to automatically dispense water, and when the hand is pulled from the lower part of the faucet. In the device that automatically shuts off the water by closing the solenoid valve under the control of the control unit when the light emitting or light receiving element is not detected; A light sensor switch circuit interrupting board 12 is provided which can be tilted and positioned;
In the case of continuous water outflow, the optical sensor switch circuit interrupting plate 12 is positioned at the optical path position on either side of the light emitting/receiving elements 4 and 5 of the detection sensor 6 by operating the operating lever 11, and the above-mentioned The detection sensor 6 is held in the detection state, whereby the solenoid valve 2 is opened under the control of the control device to automatically continue dispensing water, and then the control lever 11 is operated. This is a continuous water dispensing device for an automatic water dispensing and water stop valve, which is characterized in that the light sensor switch circuit interrupting plate 12 is removed from the above-mentioned optical path position to enable automatic dispensing and stopping of water.

Since the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, when not in use, the optical sensor switch circuit interrupting plate 12 is located outside the light emission path of the detection sensor 6 and the detection optical path of the light receiving element 5, enabling conventional automatic water supply and water stop. When using continuous water supply, the operating lever 11 of the optical sensor switch circuit interrupting plate 12 is operated to place the interrupting plate 12 on the detection optical path of either the light emitting 4 of the detection sensor 6 or the light receiving element 5. By holding the position, the detection sensor 6 detects and the solenoid valve 2 is opened under the control of the control device to automatically continue dispensing water, and when this continuous dispensing is to be stopped, the above-mentioned The operation lever 11 of the interrupter plate 12 may be moved to the non-use position to enable the faucet to automatically turn on and off the water, as in the conventional case.

First, a faucet with an automatic water drain/stop valve to which the present invention is applied is shown: 1 is a water flow control valve, 2 is a solenoid valve, and 3 is a faucet body. In order to provide a water function, a detection sensor 6 consisting of a light emitting element 4 and a light receiving element 5 is housed in a casing and arranged at the discharge end of the faucet. When detected by the detection sensor 6, the electromagnetic valve 2 is opened and water is automatically discharged under the control of a control device (not shown).Conversely, when a hand or the like is removed from the detection optical path of the detection sensor 6, When the detection sensor 6 becomes non-detecting, the electromagnetic valve 2 is closed and the water is automatically stopped under the control of the control device.

Therefore, the operation lever 11 of the continuous water discharge plate main body 7
By rotating the light sensor switch in the direction of arrow Q in FIG. 2, the optical sensor switch interrupting plate 12 is similarly rotated in the direction of arrow R. As a result, the intermittent plate 12 is located on the light emitting element 4 of the detection sensor 6 attached to the lower surface 18 of the faucet main body 3, and in this example, the intermittent plate 12 allows the detection sensor to be The detection sensor 6 is configured to detect by reflecting the light from the light emitting elements 4 of 6.

Furthermore, when not in use, that is, when there is no need for continuous water dispensing, by positioning the operating lever 11 of the continuous water dispensing plate main body 7 to the solid line position shown in FIG. It is positioned between the light emitting element 4 and the light receiving element 5 of the sensor 6. That is, the light emitting element 4 and the light receiving element 5 are positioned and held at a substantially intermediate position without coming close to the detection optical path of the light emitting element 4 and the light receiving element 5, and without affecting the detection optical path in any way.

However, it goes without saying that this faucet main body 3 can also be used as a fixed type. Further, in this example, an example is shown in which the light sensor switch circuit interrupter plate 12 of the continuous water flow plate main body 7 functions as a reflector, but this light sensor switch circuit interrupter board 12 may be of a light-shielding type. Furthermore, it is conceivable that water can flow out continuously by installing a bypass pipe and a switching valve on the conventional automatic water drain and stop valve itself; however, in this case, by installing a bypass pipe and switching valve The control device becomes complicated, and the device itself becomes large. Normally, only the minimum necessary space is secured at the installation location for this type of faucet body 3, so it is inconvenient in terms of functionality, construction, and cost. [Claim for Utility Model Registration] A detection sensor consisting of a light-emitting element and a light-receiving element is disposed in the faucet part of the faucet, and when a hand is placed in the lower part of the faucet, the light-emitting and light-receiving element detects. Under the control of the control device, the solenoid valve disposed on the upstream side of the faucet is opened to automatically dispense water, and when the hand is withdrawn from the lower part of the faucet, the control unit In the device that automatically stops the water by closing the electromagnetic valve through the control of; an optical sensor switch circuit that can be positioned in the detection optical path position of the detection sensor 6 by manual operation of the operating lever 11; An intermittent plate 12 is arranged,
In the case of continuous water outflow, the optical sensor switch circuit interrupting plate 12 is positioned at the optical path position on either side of the light emitting/receiving elements 4 and 5 of the detection sensor 6 by operating the operating lever 11, and the above-mentioned The detection sensor 6 is held in the detection state, whereby the solenoid valve 2 is opened under the control of the control device to automatically continue dispensing water, and then the control lever 11 is operated. A continuous water supply device for an automatic water supply and water stop valve, characterized in that the light sensor switch circuit interrupting plate 12 is removed from the optical path position to enable automatic water supply and water stop.
