BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, wall panels used for movable partitions and the like have been desired to have excellent heat insulation properties and be lightweight. In order to meet these requirements, for example,
As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 176097, rock wool is bonded to the inner surface of a panel surface steel plate, and the center of the panel body is formed into a hollow shape.

Furthermore, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 45-16432, when a rubber sheet for enhancing the sound insulation effect is attached to a panel surface steel plate with an adhesive, the adhesive surface of the rubber sheet deteriorates due to a chemical reaction.

In addition, the rubber sheet is easily affected by the ambient temperature and has thermal stress due to the difference in linear expansion number between it and the steel plate on the panel surface, so combined with deterioration due to the chemical reaction mentioned above, the rubber sheet peels from the steel plate on the panel surface. This resulted in a decline in the sound insulation and heat insulation effects.

In order to eliminate this inconvenience,
In the publication, glass wool is used as the core material of the wall panel, and in order to improve the adhesion to the inner surface of the surface metal plate of the wall panel, a web-like hot spring of chemical fiber such as polyolefin, polyamide, polyurethane, etc. is used as the core material of the wall panel. We suggest using melt sheet adhesive.

However, these web-like hot-melt sheet adhesives made of rubber sheets and chemical fibers start to melt in the low temperature range of normal fires, resulting in poor fire resistance, and chemical fibers generate large amounts of toxic gas. There was a problem.

Grooves 3 and 4 are formed in the upper and lower parts of the main body 2' of the wall panel 2 in the left-right direction (the front and back directions of the paper in FIG. , is suspended in a horizontal state by a suspension roller device 6 that can run along the rail 1. In each of the grooves 3 and 4, shielding members 7 and 8 having a substantially U-shaped cross section are arranged so as to be vertically retractable. The lengths of the shielding members 7 and 8 are approximately equal to the horizontal dimension of the wall panel 2 (see FIG. 3). shielding member 7,
After the wall panel 2 is moved to a predetermined position along the rail 1, the wall panel 8 is projected in opposite directions from the stored state shown in FIG. 1 by a biasing device (not shown). That is, the upper shielding member 7 protrudes upward, and the lower shielding member 8 protrudes downward, so that the main body 2' of the wall panel 2
and the rail 1 and between the main body 2' and the floor surface (see FIG. 3) 9 are shielded, and the wall panel 2 is fixed in position.

In order to improve the shielding effect and muffle noise, the contact portion 7a of the shield member 7 with the rail 1 and the contact portion 8a with the floor surface 9 of the shield member 8 are made of an elastic material such as rubber. Each of the shielding members 7, 8 also includes packing materials 7b, 8b for improving the shielding effect in the grooves 3, 4.

The panel edges 10 arranged at both left and right ends of the wall panel 2 are shaped to fit together with the panel edges 10 of the adjacent wall panel 2A of the same configuration, and when they are fitted together, the panel edges 10 are spaced between the panel edges 10A by packing with rubber or the like. By shielding with the material 11, a sound deadening effect can also be obtained.

The rock wool sheet 15 is mainly made of pure rock wool fibers, and is made into a plate (thin plate) shape by adding a special binder (heat-resistant adhesive) or pressure-formed into a plate shape. In some cases, metal fibers are mixed in addition to the special binder (heat-resistant adhesive). Usually, the plate thickness is about 1 mm to several mm.

The rock wool sheets 15, 15 are arranged in a laminated manner together with the rock wool 16 and the gypsum boards 17, 17 to ensure heat insulation and sound insulation effects, and since each material is an inorganic material, fire resistance and It also has good nonflammability, and even when exposed to high temperatures or flames, it is difficult to react chemically and does not generate toxic gases.

Furthermore, since the difference in linear expansion coefficient between the rock wool sheet and the panel surface steel plate is small and is less susceptible to thermal effects, the rock wool sheet does not peel off from the panel surface steel plate, thus achieving the desired heat insulation and sound insulation effects. can be reliably maintained over a long period of time without impairing its initial performance.
