A so-called toner transfer system is employed. It involves copying onto a PET film on which a release layer has been formed in advance to obtain a copy film with toner attached, and then spraying an adhesive onto the toner side of the copy film to obtain a pressure-sensitive transfer film. The transfer film 1 is rubbed from the PET film side to transfer only the toner portion to the target transfer object.

It is also very difficult to apply adhesive to a uniform thickness. Furthermore, when an organic solvent is used to dissolve the adhesive, there is a problem of environmental pollution due to evaporation of the solvent. The present invention provides a pressure-sensitive transfer film that solves many of these problems.

。(Means for Solving the Problems) That is, in this invention, dry copying is performed on the release layer of a plastic film on which a release layer has been formed to obtain a copy film to which toner is attached, and on the other hand, an anchor layer is sequentially provided. This is a pressure-sensitive transfer film characterized in that the layer is transferred only onto the toner of the copying film described above using a hot roll or the like.

If the amount of inorganic powder particles is less than 50%, the adhesive layer will be transferred to areas other than the toner part of the copying film when transferred to a laminated film, making stains noticeable, and if the amount is more than 80%, pressure sensitive transfer will be difficult. The adhesiveness of the film becomes weak.

ものである。(Effects of the Invention) Since the pressure-sensitive transfer film of the present invention is configured as described above, it can be easily obtained without going through the extremely time-consuming process of spraying an adhesive and drying it as in the past. In addition, the pressure-sensitive transfer film of the present invention can be easily applied to a uniform thickness, rather than being unevenly thick as when applied by conventional spraying. Can form an adhesive layer of uniform thickness,
Therefore, when transferred onto an object, it is possible to impart very beautiful patterns, letters, designs, etc. with uniform color and gloss.
