し、前記版の画線部A3に余分のインクが残溜し
ないように枚葉紙B1に連設した版A1の1倍以
下、1/10以上の面積を有する余分な用紙B2に残
余のインクを印刷して消費した後切り捨て、予め
印刷版A1上の絵柄の面積を絵柄面積率計で測定
し、数値制御によるインク壷ネジ自動調整装置を
設置したり、勘によるインク壷ネジの手動調整を
細かく行う必要が無く、一定量のインクを放出し
ても画線部A3に均一にインクを置くことが出来
るオフセツト枚葉印刷機に於ける印刷方法であ
る。

の画線部A3に余分のインクが残溜しないように
枚葉紙B1に連設した版A2の1倍以下、1/10以
上の面積を有する余分な用紙B2に残余のインク
を捨て印刷した後切り捨て、予め印刷版A1上の
絵柄の面積を絵柄面積率計で測定し、数値制御に
よるインク壷ネジ自動調整装置を設置したり、勘
によるインク壷ネジの細かい手動調整を行う必要
が無く、一定量のインクを放出しても画線部A3
に均一にインクを置くことが出来るオフセツト枚
葉印刷機に於ける印刷方法。
