【考案の詳細な説明】
〈産業上の利用分野〉
ウエイトリフテイングの競技若しくは練習する
競技者は、その競技等を演ずるに際し、両膝を折
り曲げ腰を後方に引いて上半身を前方に折り曲げ
てバーベルを両手で把持し、両足で床をしつかり
踏張つた状態から両足、両脚、腰及び下腹部辺に
力を集中させた後に両手で把持したバーベルを持
ち上げるものである。従つて主として下腹部辺に
瞬撥力を高めるためにウエイトリフテイング専用
のベルトが用いられる。前記ウエイトリフテイン

〈従来技術〉

下ウエイトリフテイングと略称する)に用いられ
るベルトは、一つの部材でなる肉厚が厚くかつほ
ぼ均等でかつ硬質の天然皮革板の一部材でなるも
の或いは肉厚がやや厚くかつほぼ均質でやや硬質
の天然皮革板とその主として腰部分のみに同質の
天然皮革板を重ね合せて結合したもの等があつ
た。これらのベルトは、いずれも腰部分が硬質或
いは高硬質であるから腰部分や下腹部分をしつか
り締付けるので、主として下腹部辺での瞬撥力を
高めてバーベルの持ち上げのために加勢し易いも

の腰回りにシヤープな堅さで圧迫するために不快
な接触感を与えたり馴染みが悪いし、また天然皮
革材の肉厚が薄かつたり硬度が低くなると、ベル
トが伸張して強く引締めできなくなつたり掛止め
孔の孔縁から引き裂かれたりする等のおそれがあ
る。〈問題を解決する手段〉
本考案のウエイトリフテイング用のベルトは前
述の従来ものの欠陥を克服するためにベルト本体
の肉厚を幾分薄く形成し、該ベルト本体の全部若
しくはその一部例えばバツクル取付部辺及びバツ
クルの掛止め片の複数個の掛止め孔形成部に強靭
でかつ引張強さの大きいポリウレタン含浸層を形
成し、また剛性芯板を前記ベルト主体の腰部分に
当着し該剛性芯板を柔軟な当片で被覆しこれらを
結合して成るウエイトリフテイング用のベルトを

〈考案の効果〉
本考案のウエイトリフテイング用のベルトは、
ベルト主体aの全部若しくはその一部例えばその
両端辺1,2にあるバツクル3の取付部ロ及び該
バツクル3の掛止め片4,4の掛止め孔5,5の
形成部辺ロにポリウレタンの含浸層bを形成して
いるから、ベルト本体aが伸張しないので下腹部
辺や腰部分辺等の腰回りを強く緊締できるのみな
らず掛止め孔5,5の形成部辺ロやバツクル3の
取付部ロが引き裂かれるおそれがないし、特に天
然の皮革材の腰回り等の馴染みがよいこと等と相
まつて快よい感触で緊締し主として下腹部辺を中
心とする瞬撥力を高めてバーベルを好宜に持ち上

を形成する、該ベルト主体aの左右の端辺にバツ
クル3の取付部ロ及び前記バツクル3の掛止め片
4を掛止めする掛止め孔5を複数個形成する。次
に該ベルト主体aは第2図及び等で示すよう
にその全部若しくはその一部辺例えば前記バツク
ル3の取付部ロ及び前記掛止め孔5の形成部辺ロ
における内面側より、液状ポリウレタン配合物を
浸透含漬せしめ、この液状ポリウレタン配合物を
硬化成形して強靭でかつ引張強度の強いポリウレ

リウレタン配合物を含漬せしめてポリウレタン含
浸層eを形成して成る剛性芯cは剛性でありなが
らなおかつ皮革材の順応性によつて腰部の彎曲状
にフイツトし易いので最も良好な剛性芯cであ

靱でかつ引張強さの大きいポリウレタン含浸層
bを形成し、同じく腰部分イに当着した比較的
薄い剛性芯板cを柔軟な当片dで被覆装着して
成ることを特徴とする、ウエイトリフテイング
用のベルト。 2 前記剛性芯板cは、薄い天然皮革板に高硬質
となるポリウレタン含漬層でなることを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のウエ
イトリフテイング用のベルト。 3 前記剛性芯板cは、薄い硬鋼版若しくは高硬
質の合成樹脂板でなることを特徴とする、実用
新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のウエイトリフ
テイング用のベルト。 4 前記当片dは、柔軟な天然皮革若しくは合成
皮革でなることを特徴とする、実用新案登録請
求の範囲第1項乃至第3項のいずれかに記載す
