ク方向の中間部に一対の大径部とこれら一対の大
径部との間に形成された小径部とを有するオイル
シリンダを前記ピストンロツドの内部に固着する
と共に、装置の固定側に連結されたダンパピスト
ンを前記オイルシリンダの内部に遊嵌し、前記パ
ワーピストンがニユートラル位置に配された状態
の下で、前記ダンパピストンが前記オイルシリン
ダの小径部に対応配置されるように構成したこと
