Claims (1)
- 絶縁性の本体に埋設され、その内側面が直接又
は間接に絶縁されていると共に一端側に接続端子
を有している導電パイプと、該導電パイプ内に移
動可能に挿通された二条の導電線で成り、開き習
性を付与されている先端の挟持部が上記導電パイ
プら出入りすることにより開閉せしめられるよう
になつている、外部接続端子を有する探針条と、
該探針条をばねの弾力に抗して突出移動させる押
圧部材とを備えて成る四端子測定用プローブ。
