ピングモータであつて、前記下層ステータコア及
び上層ステータコアは、位置決め穴を有し極歯を
備えた凹状ステータコアと、ボビン両面に位置決
め突起を形成すると共に突状ステータコア側の位
置決め突起を突状ステータコアの厚さより大きく
したコイルと、位置決め穴を有し極歯を備えた突
状ステータコアとを積層し、前記凹状ステータコ
アと前記突状ステータコアの各極歯の位相差が所
定角度となるように構成されたものにおいて、直
接当接する前記ステータコアをダンパを介して背
合わせてにして、前記各ステータコアの位置決め
突起及び位置決めの穴を係合して積層したことを
特徴とするステータ積層型の防振ステツピングモ
ータ。 ２ 前記タンパは波形ダンパであつて、前記位置
決め突起と係合する穴を形成したことを特徴とす
