After slitting to the appropriate width, transfer printing is performed.

This is because the separation between the base film of the transfer foil and the transfer layer is excellent not only in the part where the pattern to be subjected to transfer printing is formed but also in the part not to be subjected to transfer printing. This drawback was more pronounced when the total transfer layer was thicker, such as when there were many pattern layers as the transfer layer, when it was necessary to provide a vapor-deposited layer as the pattern layer, or when there were many functional layers.

In a transfer foil on which a transfer layer 5 consisting of a release layer 2, a pattern layer 3, an adhesive layer 4, etc. is laminated; (a) the release layer 2 is formed excluding the slit portion; b) Base film 1 on which the release layer 2 is formed
On top, base film 1, release layer 2 and pattern layer 3
This transfer foil is characterized in that a foil spill prevention layer 6 that does not peel between the layers is formed so as to cover at least a portion where the peeling layer 2 is not formed.

こし難いものである。<Effects of the invention> Since the present invention is constructed as described above, it has the following effects. That is, when the transfer foil according to the present invention is slit to an appropriate width after being manufactured, there is no delamination between the base film and the transfer layer, so there is no foil spillage, and as a result, the transfer Transfer printing processing can be performed without impairing design and functionality, since small pieces of foil do not enter as dust between the transfer layer and the transferred object during printing processing. In addition, the portion where the foil spill prevention layer is formed has a larger film layer than other portions, and when the transfer foil is manufactured and then rolled up, the pattern layer is less likely to be added to the transfer foil, so blocking is less likely to occur.
従つて、本考案は実用上極めて利用価値が高い
考案である。 Therefore, the present invention is of extremely high practical value.
