<Conventional technology> In recent years, with the introduction of audiovisual education methods,
The use of OHP is rapidly increasing, and the transparency films used for this are those that are printed directly on a transparent film or handwritten with magic ink, or are printed on a heat-sensitive film from an original using heat-absorbing ink. There are already known thermal copies.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention is an OHP transparency film comprising a writable and erasable resin layer such as a tetrafluoroethylene/ethylene copolymer layer provided on a transparent support. It is possible to write on the surface of a specific resin layer such as a fluorinated ethylene/ethylene copolymer layer using a designated writing material, and the written handwriting can be easily erased with a dry eraser, making it possible to permanently erase the writing material. The transparency film for OHP of the present invention, which can be used in the following manner, has been obtained.

The writable and erasable resin used in the present invention is a fluorine-based resin that can be easily written and erased using a designated writing instrument or eraser, and among them, tetrafluorinated resin, which is marketed under the trade name "Affrex" manufactured by Asahi Glass Co., Ltd. Ethylene-ethylene copolymers are particularly preferably used in the present invention because of their unique surface properties.

In order to produce the transparency film for OHP of the present invention, for example, a tetrafluoroethylene/ethylene copolymer is coated on a support made of a transparent film such as polyethylene terephthalate, polycarbonate, or cellulose triacetate with a thickness of 50 to 250 μm by dry lamination. This can be done by laminating combined films together or by coextruding a transparent support resin and a tetrafluoroethylene/ethylene resin using a T-die extrusion method and laminating them.

Note that the present invention also applies if a tetrafluoroethylene/ethylene copolymer film having a thickness of 100 to 200 μm that does not impede handling properties is used as a transparency film for OHP without using a transparent support. You can get the same effect.

Furthermore, when tables, figures, etc. are used as information to be written on OHP transparency films, predetermined tables, figures, etc. can be printed on the surface of the film in advance using sublimation dye ink. In this case, printing can be carried out by bringing the printed surface of a transfer paper printed using sublimable dye ink into close contact with the surface of the film, and sublimating and transferring the printed image by heating.

Example 1 A support made of transparent polyethylene terephthalate with a thickness of 125 μm and a support made of ethylene tetrafluoride with a thickness of 21 μm.
The OHP transparency film of the present invention was prepared by dry laminating a writable and erasable film made of ethylene copolymer film (Afrex, manufactured by Asahi Glass Co., Ltd.) using an adhesive coating liquid having the following composition. .

Furthermore, I wrote and erased several notes on this film.
Although the process was repeated 10 times, a clear projected image was always obtained.

Example 2 Ethylene glycidyl methacrylate/vinyl acetate copolymer (Bond First, manufactured by Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd.) (extrusion temperature 220 to 250°C) was used as the support material, and tetrafluoroethylene/ethylene copolymer (Aflon) was used as the support material. , manufactured by Asahi Glass Co., Ltd.) (extrusion temperature 300-340℃)
The former is made of writable and erasable resin material, and the former has a thickness of 180 μm.
Then, by co-extruding the latter using a T-die to a thickness of 5 μm and cooling it under pressure between a nip roll and a cooling roll, the plastic film for the support and the erasable plastic film are fused and integrated. A transparency film for OHP according to the present invention was prepared.
