ローラ1に沿って紙3が2枚以上送り込まれた場合には
、上記ゴム板2によって、2枚目以下の祇3の進行を妨
げるようにしている(捌きパッド方式)。あるいは、第
2図に示すように、給紙ローラIと引っ張りローラ対4
.4aの間に設けられる正転ローラ5に、重送防止用の
ゴムローラ6を対設し、このゴムローラ6によって余分
に送られてきた紙3の進行を妨げるようにしている(逆
転ローラ捌き方式)。2. とが交互に発生し、両摩擦力の差が大きいためスティッ
クスリップ現象が生じる。そして、その振動によってい
わゆる「鳴き」 (不快なきしみ音)が発生し、問題と

シリコン−エチレンプロピレン混合ゴム(SEP)、
シリコンゴム、フッ素ゴム等があげられ、なかでも、特
にSEPが好適である。なお、上記ゴムは、単品で用い

ような重送防止用ゴム板2として用いるようにしてもよ
いし、あるいは金型によりロール芯金表面に架橋したゴ
ム層を形成させることにより、第2図に示すような重送
防止用ゴムロール6として用いるようにしてもよい。た
だし、この発明では、このようにして得られたゴム部材
の紙と接する表面を、パフ掛けや研磨等の仕上げ加工に
よって粗面化することが必要である。すなわち、紙と接
する表面を粗面化することにより、−屑紙への密着性を
低下させてスティックスリップ現象を防止し、「鳴き」

点で再度摩擦係数を測定した。また、この10万枚の複
写を行う間に何回「鳴き」が発生するかをカウントし、
「鳴き」発生率を算出した。これらの結果を下記の表に
