送液を停止しなければならない。従来の殺菌系路にはこ
のような緊急時の対応がなかったので、ホールドパイプ
3内の液は長時間高い温度のまま滞溜することとなり、
液質が低下し、再運転後にこの液質の低下した液が次工

を設けると共にホールドパイプ上方端にバルブを介して
空気用除菌フィルターを有する空気供給管を設けた殺菌

空気をホールドパイプに導入できるようにしたので、極
めて迅速な処置ができ、品質の良い殺菌処理を実現でき
