Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、荷重の作用する部材間に介設して部
材を緩衝的に衝止する緩衝ゴムストツパに関す

緩衝ゴムストツパは、例えば車両のシヤーシフ
レームとボデイパネルとの間等に介設されるが、
その一例として実公昭48−43341号公報にみられ
るように、取付用のネジを下面に突設したブラケ
ツトの上面側に先細紡錘形状の緩衝ゴムをカシメ
固定したものや、カシメ固定の代わりにモールド
固定したものが従来知られている。しかしいずれ
にしても従来の緩衝ゴムストツパは、その緩衝ゴ
ムが圧縮荷重に対して自由な変形をするために、
荷重−撓み曲線は第1図の一点鎖線に示すように
変化して撓み量が大きくなり、部材を衝止するス
トツパとしての機能の点で十分とは言い難いもの
であつた。さらにブラケツトの形態にしても単に
取付ネジを突設しただけで、部材に対する取付作

囲を所定の間隙をもつて囲繞する緩衝ゴムの膨張

本考案の緩衝ゴムストツパ1は、第2図に示す
ように、部材に対するねじ込み固定用の取付ネジ
2を下面に突出して固定したブラケツト3と、こ
のブラケツト3の上面側に配置される緩衝ゴム4
とからなる。ブラケツト3には、その周縁をプレ
ス加工により上方に略直角に屈曲することでツバ
部3aが形成してあり、全体として皿状をなし、
その中心部に前記取付ネジ2が配置される。ここ
で上記ツバ部3aは第3図に示すように平面視6
角形に形成されており、このツバ部3aによつて
基端部が囲繞されるようにして弾性ゴムからなる
先細紡錘形状の緩衝ゴム4が配置される。そして
この緩衝ゴム4は、ブラケツト3の上面からツバ
部3aの内周面および上端面にわたりモールドさ
れてブラケツト3に一体化されており、その基端
部外周には、緩衝ゴム4が圧縮荷重を受けた場合
にその基端部が径方向に膨張するのを許す所定の

で、取付ネジ2を一方の部材5のネジ穴5aにね
じ込むことで固定される(第4図a参照)。その
際、ブラケツト3のツバ部3aが平面視6角形に
形成されることで、その部分を把手し、あるいは
スパナ掛けすることにより取付ネジ2のねじ込み
が確実かつ容易にできる。なお、上記部材5にネ
ジ孔5aに代えてネジ挿通孔5bが形成される場
合には、取付ネジ2の下端からナツト7を螺合し
て部材5に固定するのであるが、その場合におい
てもツバ部3aの多角形状によりブラケツト3の
保持が確実にできるので、ナツト7の締付けを確

態は第5図のようになる。すなわち緩衝ゴム4の
基端部の周囲に間隙がある間は、圧縮荷重による
緩衝ゴム4の径方向の膨張が自由なので一定荷重
に対する撓みは比較的大きく、充分な緩衝作用を
なす。次いで、緩衝ゴム4がある程度撓み、その
基端部が径方向に膨張してツバ部3aの内周に接
触するようになると、基端部の膨張が規制される
ことから一定荷重に対する撓み量は若干減少す
る。そしてこの状態からさらに荷重が加わると、
緩衝ゴム4の撓みは急激に減少して部材6を衝止

が圧縮変形の初期から所定の範囲で自由に弾性変
形できることにより部材間の緩衝作用を充分果す
ことは勿論のこと、緩衝ゴムが所定量圧縮変形し
て径方向に膨張すると、ブラケツトのツバ部でそ
れ以上の膨張が規制されるので、緩衝ゴムの撓み
量はそれ以後急激に減少してストツパとしての機
能を発揮するようになり、部材を確実に衝止する
ことができる。さらに上記ブラケツトのツバ部が
平面視多角形状を呈するので、この部分を把手、
あるいはスパナ掛けすることにより、取付ネジの
ねじ込みを確実かつ容易に行うことができ、緩衝
ゴムストツパの取付けの作業性を向上することが
