There is one in which a through hole of a suitable size is formed and this is used as a urethane injection port 9'. (See Figure 6) (Problems to be solved by the invention) Urethane foam integrally molded products are made by injecting urethane raw material into the gap formed between the skin and the core material from the urethane injection port formed in the core material. The skin, core material, and urethane foaming tank are integrally molded by pouring and foaming and curing. However, if the urethane injection port formed in the core material is smaller than a predetermined size, the urethane raw material will not flow around to the gap formed between the skin and the core material, resulting in insufficient thickness in the urethane foam layer. occurs. This kind of problem is caused by the fact that urethane raw materials cannot be poured quickly in urethane foam integrally molded products that are particularly wide and have a narrow gap between the skin and core material.
The frequency of occurrence increases. Conventionally, as a means to solve such problems, we have developed a method that allows the urethane raw material to be poured into the gap formed between the skin and the core material in a short time.
It was considered that the urethane injection port formed in the core material could be set larger depending on the shape of the urethane foam integrally molded product. However, in the urethane foam integrally molded product formed in this way, there is nothing to hold the urethane foam layer in the part of the core material that corresponds to the urethane injection port, so the urethane foam layer in the part that corresponds to the urethane injection port has some rigidity. is not obtained. This impairs the feel of the surface of the integrally molded urethane foam product, and worse, the urethane foam layer drips from the urethane injection port formed in the core material, causing problems such as dents on the surface of the integrally molded urethane foam product.

る問題もある。 In addition, in the above structure, by setting the urethane injection port of the core material large, the rigidity of the entire core material decreases, and due to molding shrinkage of the urethane foam layer, the core material succumbs to the shrinkage force, causing the entire urethane foam integrally molded product to deform. There are also problems.

問題点を解決した。(Means for Solving the Problems) In view of the above problems, the present invention is an integrally molded urethane foam product having a urethane foam layer injected and foamed between the skin and the core material. A urethane injection port into the gap formed between the skin and the core material is provided in the wall of the core material facing the skin, and the urethane injection port is formed by a plurality of bridges formed integrally with the core material. The above problem was solved by dividing and configuring the system into two parts.

Moreover, this eliminates restrictions on the size of the urethane injection port, making it possible to set the urethane injection port large, thereby improving the moldability of the urethane foam layer.

Further, in the core material 4, a urethane injection port 9 consisting of a through hole is formed in a part of the wall 5 facing the skin 2. The urethane injection port 9
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, a plurality of bridges 10 integrally formed with the core material 4 intersect, dividing the urethane injection port 9 into a plurality of small holes 6. Further, a plurality of bosses 8 are formed on the wall 5 of the core material 4 for assembling an inner cover (not shown) to the urethane foam integrally molded product 1 with tapping screws (not shown). As shown in FIG. 3, the bottom of the boss 8 bulges toward the urethane foam layer to ensure a long threading allowance for the tapping screw.
