- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 絶縁基板上に光電変換層を挟んで上記光電変換
層から信号を取出す下部電極および上記透明電極
が設けられ、かつこれら光電変換層、下部電極お
よび上部透明電極が保護層により覆われてなる光
電変換部を備えるイメージセンサにおいて、 上記保護層が透明絶縁膜と、上記光電変換層、
下部電極および上部透明電極により構成される画
素部を除いて上記透明絶縁膜に積層された不透明
絶縁膜とからなることを特徴とするイメージセン
サ。
