Polyisocyanate 1. (trade name rMDI-LK-, 1 Mitsui Toatsu Chemical Co., Ltd.) 42.5 parts by weight is stirred at high speed for a short period of time and mixed with recycled rubber dip (powder) material. It is desirable that the mixing with the recycled rubber dip material be carried out promptly before the viscosity increases due to the reaction of the binder. The purpose of blending the polyether polyol with the hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene is to lower the viscosity and reduce the blending cost.

If the binder mixture does not contain 5 parts by weight or more, the effect as a binder will be small, but it is not necessary to limit the binder mixture to 40 parts by weight, and molding can be performed even if the amount is more than 40 parts by weight.
