In order to keep a seated person warm, a seat 2 incorporating a heater unit A having a planar heating element 1 is known, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. As shown in the figure, it is located between the cushioning material 3 and the surface layer material 4, and is provided on the surface layer material side. In the above-mentioned conventional seat with a built-in heater unit, the position of the planar heating element may shift in the front-rear direction of the seat, and if this happens, the skin material at the thermostats 5, 5 attached to the planar heating element 1 may shift. This has the disadvantage that it builds up, giving the seated person a feeling of a foreign body or discomfort. In addition, 6 is the connector of the heater unit A, 7 is the skin of the surface layer material, 8 is the wading of the surface layer material, and 8a is the base fabric.

Heater unit B in FIG. 1 includes a plate-like base 11 without a heat-generating element, thermostats 12, 12 attached to the plate-like base 11, and thermostats 12, 12 having heat-generating elements extending parallel to each other from the plate-like base 11. It is provided with a planar heating element C consisting of a plurality of protruding strips 13a, 13b, . . . , and is connected to a connector 16 via a lead wire 15. A through hole 17 is provided in the plate-like base 11 . As shown in FIG. 3, a convex portion 19 that fits into the through hole 17 is provided at the portion of the cushioning material 18 where the planar heating element is placed. In FIG. 3, reference numerals 20, 20 are recesses for accommodating the thermostats 12, 12 of the heater unit B.

Since the heater unit B and the buffer material 18 have the above configuration, the convex portion 1 of the buffer material 18 is inserted into the through hole 17 provided in the base 11 of the planar heating element C, as shown in FIG.
By fitting 9, displacement of the planar heating element C can be prevented, positioning can be performed, and the covering operation can be performed easily and in a short time.

In this embodiment, the skin 7 of the surface material 4 is inserted into the through hole 17 of the planar heating element C as shown in FIG.
A pulling member 22 provided integrally with the skin was inserted inside the material, a wire 23 was attached to the pulling member 22, the wire 23 was inserted into the insertion groove 24, and the wire 23 was integrated with the cushioning material using a clip K. . This facilitates positioning of the heater unit on the surface material. Further, a narrow bag portion S is provided between the skin 7, the wadding 8, and the base fabric 8a,
The strip portions 13b, 13b... are housed in this bag portion S, the tips of the strip portions are pulled out from the bag portion S, the wire 40 is attached to this portion, the wire 40 is inserted into the insertion groove 41, and the wire 40 is inserted into the insertion groove 41. It is integrated with the cushioning material using Clip N. Note that the shape of the planar heating element C is not limited to that shown in FIG. 1, but can be any shape, and the through holes 17 can also be provided at appropriate locations depending on the shape of the planar heating element.

(Effects of the invention) This invention provides a through hole in a part of the planar heating element disposed on the surface material, a convex portion provided with a cushioning material is fitted into the through hole, and a Since the above-mentioned surface material is configured to pass through the pulling member that connects it to the cushioning material, the planar heating element built into the seat will not shift in the front-back direction of the seat, and when the surface material is placed over the cushioning material, The sheet heating element can be easily and quickly positioned in the cushioning material, and the sheet heating element can be maintained in a stable state, so the sheet heating element does not move when the surface material is covered, and it does not need to be penetrated to fit the convex part. Since the holes can be made large, it is easy to pass the pulling member through, and the work of attaching the surface material can be done easily and in a short time.In addition, each hole in the heater unit is filled with the fitting of the convex part, and the surface of the heater unit becomes flat, making the hole There is no discomfort when sitting due to the convex portion. Also, since the positioning hole and the through hole through which the pulling member passes are made common, the area of the planar heating element can be larger than if they were provided separately. .
