Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a material for a vertical blind or a room partition having a high grade feeling by laminating a nonwoven fabric having a pattern printed on one surface or both surfaces thereof to both surfaces of a base material sheet composed of glass fiber cloth through plastic films. CONSTITUTION:As nonwoven fabric 3, polyvinyl chloride/pulp blended paper is used and a pattern 4 is printed on one surface of the nonwoven fabric 3 by a gravure printing method and urethane resin paint is applied thereon to form a protective layer 5 while the nonwoven fabric is superposed on a white polyvinyl chloride film 2 so as to turn the protective layer to the outside and pressed by a heated roller to be thermally welded to the film 2. A heat-sensitive adhesive is applied to the polyvinyl chloride film of this laminated material and two laminated materials are superposed on both surfaces of glass fiber cloth being a base material sheet 1 and bonded thereto under heating and pressure to obtain a sheet.

The present invention relates to a Japanese paper-like sheet used as a material for vertical blinds or partitions. [Prior Art] Sheets made by heat-sealing colored polyvinyl chloride films to both sides of glass fiber cloth are used as materials for vertical blinds and partitions with Japanese-style designs. However, since the surface of this type of sheet is a polyvinyl chloride film, it lacks a sense of luxury. Furthermore, there is a demand for Japanese paper-like sheets that have a luxurious feel as well as a calm atmosphere, but conventional products cannot meet these recent needs.

As shown in the drawing, the Japanese paper-like sheet of the present invention has a pattern (4) on both sides of a glass fiber cloth base sheet (1) with a plastic film (2) interposed between one or both sides.
It is made by laminating non-woven fabrics printed with Lamination is done by making the grains of the glass fiber cloth that is the base material stand out.
A better product. A typical plastic film located between the base sheet and the nonwoven fabric is a polyvinyl chloride film. The thickness of the film is preferably in the range of 50 to 150 μm; if it is too thin, distortion tends to occur during processing, and if it is too thick, the texture of the base sheets 1 to 1 will not stand out when laminated. A suitable plasticizer content is 23 to 32 pHr.
If it is too large, it will bleed and the adhesion during lamination 1~ will be poor; if it is too small, the film will be hard and the product sheet 1~ will have poor flexibility. Any non-woven paper may be used, but it is desirable that the appearance is as close to Japanese paper as possible. Suitable examples include glass-mixed paper and PVC-mixed paper. If a polyvinyl chloride film is used as the intermediate plastic film, a paper made of a mixture of polyvinyl chloride and valves is preferable because it will firmly fuse with the polyvinyl chloride film. Printing on non-woven fabrics (printing patterns are arbitrary and can be done by any known means. Gravure printing, which requires a small amount of ink, is suitable for printing on non-woven fabrics. Base sheet, Plus Deck) Lamination of the film and the non-woven fabric may be carried out, for example, by a thermofusion method. If necessary, an adhesive such as a hot-melt adhesive is used. The order of lamination is also arbitrary, but usually the non-woven 't'fi and the plastic film are laminated. It is preferable to first laminate the laminate and then laminate this laminate with the base material sheet, as it is convenient for kneading, and is also highly effective in highlighting the grain of the glass fiber cloth. Surface properties such as stain resistance In order to improve the physical properties, it is recommended to provide a protective layer (5) on the non-woven fabric (3) as shown in the drawing. The protective layer may be formed by coating with urethane resin paint, etc. ] By using a non-woven fabric on the surface and highlighting the texture of the base glass fiber cloth, the appearance and feel are similar to that of washi paper. When a protective layer is added, the feel is similar to that of pure washi paper. No, but it will be less likely to get dirty.

Using polyvinyl chloride/pulp mixed paper "Darcel D-11301 <Mitsubishi Rayon ■" as the nonwoven fabric, a pattern is printed on one side using the gravure method, and a urethane resin paint is applied on top to form a protective layer. A white polyvinyl chloride film with a thickness of 80 μm (plasticizer 3
The above-mentioned nonwoven fabric was placed on top of the 0 phr) with the protective layer on the front side, and heat-sealed by pressing with a roller heated to 150'C. A heat-sensitive adhesive was applied to the polyvinyl chloride film side of this laminated material, and it was superimposed on both sides of the glass fiber cloth that was the base sheet and bonded under heat. The thus obtained sheet of the present invention has a width of 6 cm and a length of 200 to 2/4. It was cut into 0cm pieces to make a canopy for vertical blinds.
