ある。However, it is important to note that non-woven fabrics do not feel good to the touch before absorbing liquid; after absorbing body fluids, body droplets tend to remain on the surface and become sticky, so they always feel moist and absorb liquid. The feeling of use after use is poor. On the other hand, perforated plastic films, on the other hand, do not feel good when used after absorbing liquid, but have the drawbacks of being rough and uncomfortable to the touch, and prone to rashes. The stickiness characteristic of the film becomes stronger and the absorbency decreases. Furthermore, non-stick resin coated on the surface of the non-woven fabric has the advantage that the degree of contact between the non-woven fabric and the skin is adjusted by the non-stick resin, so it feels good when used after absorbing the liquid. In order to obtain these advantages, it is necessary to increase the application area of the non-stick resin to some extent, and if the application area is increased, there is a problem that the good texture and liquid absorption properties of the nonwoven fabric will be impaired. .

きる。On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, the surface material 2 includes at least a portion of the surface of the surface base material 4, which is made of a material that has liquid permeability and is good in liquid absorption and texture before liquid absorption. A non-adhesive resin 5 is applied in a desired pattern to adjust the degree of contact between the surface base material 4 and the skin. The ratio of the area occupied by the adhesive resin 5 is in the range of 30 to 70%, preferably 40 to 50%, and the height after application of the non-adhesive resin 5 is 30 to 400 l, preferably 100 to 2
The coating area ratio and coating height are set to be 00 pi. By setting the coating area ratio and coating height of the non-sticking resin 5 within such ranges, the surface substrate 4 and the skin can be bonded together without impairing the liquid absorbency of the surface substrate 1 and the texture before liquid absorption. It is possible to adjust the degree of contact with the liquid to an appropriate level, thereby improving the feeling of use after absorbing the liquid.

If it exceeds this, the liquid absorbency of the surface base material 4 will be impaired. In addition, if the application height of the non-adhesive resin 5 is less than 30gm, the surface base material 4 will easily come into contact with the skin, resulting in a poor feeling of use after liquid absorption. If the application height exceeds 400gm, The liquid absorbency of the surface base material 4 is impaired.

If it is lower, the strength will be insufficient and the resin will not be able to be applied or the fiber occupation density will be too low and the resin will not be fixed sufficiently.
If the thickness is higher, there may be problems such as insufficient penetration of body fluids into the absorbent material 1 in the lower layer, resulting in an increased feeling of dullness, or an extreme increase in the thickness, which may make it difficult for body fluids to pass through the surface material 2. arise.

Since the non-adhesive resin 5 comes into direct contact with the skin, it is required that the resin itself has appropriate wetting properties and hardness, and is good to the touch. ~130 deg, preferably 80-110

If the temperature exceeds deg, the water repellency becomes stronger, making it difficult for body fluids to be absorbed. That is, the contact angle is 50 to 1:10 d.
When it is within the range of eg, wood-philicity and water repellency can be balanced and appropriate wetting properties can be obtained. However, in order to make the surface of the non-adhesive resin 5 smooth, it is preferable that the resin has some degree of water repellency, and therefore it is most preferable that the contact angle is in the range of 80 to 110 degrees.

If it is less than 0J, the resin will maintain appropriate hardness and the surface will feel smooth, or if it is larger than 200g, the resin surface will be soft and easily adhere to the skin, and it will be sticky even in the absence of body fluids. It makes me feel.

By creating a honeycomb coating pattern in this manner, the influence of the hardness of the non-stick resin can be reduced and the softness of the nonwoven fabric can be fully exhibited. In this example, the non-adhesive resin 5 is applied within the surface of a regular hexagon, and the surface base material 4 is exposed along the contour line of the regular hexagon formed between each non-adhesive resin 5. Alternatively, on the contrary, the non-adhesive resin may be applied along the contour line of a regular hexagon, and the surface base material may be exposed within the surface of the regular hexagon surrounded by the contour line.

Non-sticking resin was coated with various coating patterns and coating area ratios on a hot air treated base material with a ratio of 1:1:1 to 12 [g/m], and these surface materials were used. A sample of a sanitary napkin as shown in Figure 1 was prepared using the above method. At this time, the absorbent material used was one in which absorbent paper was layered on the underside of the valve and a polymer absorbent was held between them. In addition, the surface material and the bulb were bonded by applying a hot melt adhesive made of styrene-phtadiene copolymer in a spiral at a ratio of 8 g/112.The results are shown in Table 1.
