Therefore, it is not possible to set up an awning without erecting pillars, which requires a great deal of time and effort to set up and take down. They are formed in a swing-out type, and they must be made to a specified length each time they are installed. In addition, installing the pillars requires work such as forming fixing holes in the ground and driving in stakes. This is extremely troublesome. Therefore, the use of tents is limited to cases where they are set up in the same place for a long time, such as overnight stays.

[Opposing loops are stacked across the intersection of the working co-frames to form a double ring, and this is bent from near the center in the stacking direction. Furthermore, by inverting the tip and rolling it up, three continuous small loops are formed, and these are overlapped and folded into a continuous triple circle. When the folded item begins to be unfolded, the bent frame stretches by itself due to the elasticity of the bars and automatically returns to the unfolded condition.

As shown in FIG. 1, the tent having such a structure is expanded into a chevron shape due to the elastic force of the frame 1 and the tension of the tent 2, and is used as it is in the same manner as a conventional tent. If it is used temporarily as a changing room, luggage storage area, or as a children's play equipment, it can be placed on the ground or floor as it is. If you want to prevent this, you can insert and fix the peg 54 into the through hole formed in the protruding piece 53 protruding along the base 15. Furthermore, if you want to completely prevent rain and sunlight when using it outdoors, you can cover it with a waterproof, opaque cover 7, as shown in FIG. In this case cover 7
The tent can be securely fixed by driving into the ground the begs 71 connected to the tips of the lobes 7o attached to the parts corresponding to the four slopes 14 of the frame l, and when the projecting pieces 53 are used together. This increases the number of fixing means, making it safer even in the event of strong winds. In order to take down the tent that has been set up, first remove the cover 7 and the begs 54, 71, etc. shown in Figure 2. Loops 12 and 13 facing each other across the intersection point 11 of frame 1 as shown in
are overlapped to form a double ring, and as shown in Fig. 3, this is bent from near the center with the intersection point 1l as the tip 16, and as shown in Fig. 4, the tip 16 is bent by the spring force of the dedicated material. Loop 12. 13 so that it is inserted into the loop 12. 13 is twisted approximately one turn to loop 12. 13, a small loop IA including the tip 16 and a small loop IB continuous on both sides with this small loop IA in between.
, IC are formed. Next, pull the small loops IB and IC together and cross them, and then create three small loops I
Lay A, IB, and IC on top of each other while adjusting their diameters to be the same, and as shown in Figure 5, form a triple circle formed by continuous small loops IA, IB, and IC with approximately the same diameter. Fold. At this time, loop 12.
13 is twisted over one rotation by the winding and reversal of the tip 16, and the spring force of the barlet is twisted into small loops IA, 1B, I
Loops folded into triple small circles to work in the direction of forming C respectively 12. 13 remains as it is. The cover 7 and other accessories are housed in a circular or elliptical case (not shown) made of the same material as the tent 2, for example, and stored and carried.

Such an embodiment includes loop 12. 13 and the auxiliary loops 12a and 13a along with one end of the bent tip 16
It is to be folded and stored in the same way as in the above embodiment,
In particular, the rectangular curtain piece 27 is not directly fixed to the frame 1, but is surrounded by opposing curtain pieces 25, 25, 26. 2
The loops 12 and 13 are attached to the circumferential ends of the loops 12 and 13 by sewing or gluing, and the intersecting angle of the loops 12 and 13 can be changed. Therefore, the frame 1 is formed into a box-like chevron shape when expanded, and the loop 12. 13 can be stacked and folded. In addition, when using the curtain, for example, it is expanded on the roof of a car and placed over the car as it is, but if there is enough space, it is possible to use it normally by providing an opening and closing doorway in the curtain piece 26. It is also possible to enter and exit a car like a covered garage, and if the curtain pieces 25 and 26 are formed with openings and closing parts that follow the car door and trunk, the tent can be moved in and out without having to lift the entire tent.
It is extremely convenient as it allows you to take things in and out.

[Effects of the Invention] The present invention having the above configuration maintains the upright state by the elastic force of the frame and the tension of the awning, so it does not fall down due to wind etc. and does not require special tying work. It can be expanded almost instantly into a predetermined shape on its own, installed and used without having to do anything, and it is not only easy to disassemble, but also folds into a thin disk shape with a diameter that is extremely small compared to the overall length of the frame. It is convenient to store and extremely easy to carry. In addition, it can of course be used for mountain climbing, camping, etc. like a conventional tent, but it is especially easy to set up and take down, and it can be folded up into a small size after being taken down, so it can be used for temporary use. Awnings, changing rooms, luggage storage, napping areas, and children's play equipment. Furthermore, it is suitable for many uses such as storing bicycles, cars, etc.
