Means for Solving the Problems The present invention is a base body 18, and includes a horizontal disk-shaped horizontal plate 51, and a horizontal plate 51 that protrudes outward in the radial direction and is spaced apart in the circumferential direction. A band 53 is wound around the outer periphery of the horizontal plate 51 to form an annular shape, and the engagement protrusion 55 is formed near the center in the vertical direction. Engagement holes 57 that fit individually are formed at intervals in the circumferential direction, and holes 57 are formed at the upper side of the band 53 so as not to vertically overlap with the engagement holes 57 and at intervals in the circumferential direction. A plurality of mounting holes 58 are formed therein, a notch 59 recessed in a V-shape is formed in one circumferentially divided end of the band 53, and a V-shaped notch 59 is formed in the other circumferential end. a base body 18 having a band body 53 formed with a convex part 60 which is convex in a V-shape toward the part thereof and which fits into the notch 59; is a band-shaped hanging piece 71 that extends downward, and its upper end is attached to one side of the circumferential direction in a downward region 61 of the outer circumferential surface of the band 53 so as to overlap partially. Multiple hanging pieces 7 that can be attached

FIG. 6 is a diagram showing the manufacturing procedure of the artificial flower 46 as a decorative member. First, as shown in FIG. 61, a plurality of sheets of thin paper 47, for example, about 4 to 10 sheets, are stacked one on top of the other, and the whole is folded into a folding screen shape as shown in FIG. 62. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 6, the longitudinal center is tied with a binding piece 48 such as thin wire, thread, or rubber band, and both longitudinal ends 49 are cut to match the desired flower size. arrow mark 5
Expand like 0. Then, by alternately turning up the end portions 49 of the paper 47 one by one from one side, an artificial flower 46 shown in FIG. 6 is obtained. The binding piece 48 is attached to the mounting holes 2 of the horizontal plates 19, 20, 21.

FIG. 15 is a perspective view of the horizontal plates 19, 20, 21, and FIG. 16 is a perspective view of the vertical plates 22, 23.
FIG. 17 shows the artificial flower 46 in the kusudama base 73.
FIG. Figure 15~
A method of attaching the artificial flower 46 will be explained with reference to FIG. 17. The two types of vertical plates 22 and 23 are arranged alternately as described above. The addresses of the mounting holes of the vertical plates 22 and 23 are expressed by adding a subscript (1 to 8) indicating the number of plates and a subscript (1 to 4) indicating the part to a V indicating the vertical plate. Therefore, for example, the address of the mounting hole located at the top of the leftmost vertical plate in FIG.
11, and the address of the mounting hole located at the bottom of the rightmost vertical plate is V84. Also, the horizontal plates 19, 2
The addresses of the mounting holes 0 and 21 are H, which indicates the horizontal plate.
, with subscripts (1 to 8) indicating the parts and subscripts (1 to 3) indicating the number of sheets. Therefore, for example, the address of the leftmost mounting hole in FIG. 17 of the horizontal plate 20 is H11, and the address of the rightmost mounting hole of the horizontal plate 21 is H83. At the address of the mounting hole represented in this way, the artificial flowers 46 are arranged in four colors of red, blue, green, and yellow, for example.
Colors are prepared, and the artificial flowers of each color are coded F1 in order.
When collectively referred to as ~F4, for example, as shown in FIG. 17, in addition to continuing the same color downward to the right, it can be continuous downward to the left or vertically to create a different effect.

When commercializing the present invention, the color scheme of the artificial flower 46 can be easily determined by attaching the assembly explanatory diagram as described above. Further, work efficiency is improved if the artificial flowers F1 to F4 are attached with the vertical plates 22, 23 and the horizontal plates 19, 20, 21 disassembled.

Effects As described above, according to the present invention, since the base body 18 is flat, the space required to store the windsock 16 can be reduced by folding the flexible hanging piece 71. It is also easy to transport.

Further, since the hanging piece 71 is attached so as to form an angle θ with the tangential direction of the band 53 wound around the outer periphery of the base body 18, the base body 18 can be rotated by the wind. The base body 18 is connected to the hanging piece 71 and the decorative member 4.
The rotation about the vertical axis with 6 increases the decorative effect.

Further, since the base body 18 has a disk-shaped horizontal plate 51 perpendicular to the vertical axis direction, the wind blows onto the base body 18.
It is not possible to blow through the center of 8, and base 1
Since the base member 8 has a flat shape, the base member 18 is unlikely to tilt even when the wind blows. Therefore, the hanging piece 71 is easily rotated by the wind.

Further, the band body 53 is arranged so that an engagement protrusion 55 formed on the outer peripheral edge of the horizontal plate 51 and projecting outward in the radial direction is fitted into an engagement hole 57 formed in the band body 53.
is wound around the outer periphery of the horizontal plate 51, so the strength of the joint between the horizontal plate 51 and the band 53 is high. Since the attachment holes 58 formed in the band 53 do not vertically overlap with the engagement holes 57, the strength of the band 53 does not become partially weakened. The end faces of the band 53 separated in the circumferential direction are connected by fitting the V-shaped notch 59 and the V-shaped protrusion 60, so that the band 53 is connected to the horizontal plate 5.
1 can be smoothly surrounded, and the band 5 can be smoothly surrounded.
Both ends of the joint part 3 do not shift in the vertical direction.
