Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible that a bolt leg and a fixture are securely fixed without traverse movement and a head tip is freely rotated in the recessed part of a base plate to make height adjustment possible by forming upper and lower pinching plates connected in U-shape made by bending steel plate, providing a U-shaped slit having width through which a bolt stem can be inserted on the upper surface, and forming a recess into which a bolt head enters at the bottom surface. CONSTITUTION:A bolt leg 1 is strongly inserted from the side of an insertion hole of a fixture 2 until the tip of the head 11 enters into a recess 31. The head 11 is then pinched between a bottom plate 3 and a presser plate 4, especially the flat part 14 at the base of the head is suppressed by the presser plate 4, the tip of the head is stabilized in the recess, and the bolt leg 1 is securely fixed to the fixture 2 as the movement of a stem part 12 in traverse direction is restricted by a slitting. When a concrete nail 33 is forced to penetrate the through hole 32 of the bottom plate 3 of the fixture 2 and nailed to a slab 5 under these circumstances, the bolt leg is indirectly fixed to the slab 5 as the bolt leg is pinched by fixture.

Description

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] This invention relates to a fixture and a method for fixing bolt legs used in double floors and the like.

[Conventional technology and problems]

Conventionally, a hole was provided for the head of the bolt leg to be inserted, and the hole was formed partially high so that the inserted head could rotate.

However, the bolt leg is only held in place near the head, so even if the position is fixed, the bolt leg may tilt diagonally, or because there is no bottom, the tip of the bolt leg may dig into the mortar surface below. In order to solve this problem, in the present invention, a steel plate is bent to form two upper and lower holding plates connected in a U-shape. The distance between the two clamping plates shall be the same as the height of the head of the bolt leg.

The upper clamping plate is provided with a U-shaped notch wide enough to allow the shaft of the bolt leg to be inserted, and the bottom clamping plate is formed with a recess into which the head of the bolt leg can be inserted to serve as a fixing device for the bolt leg.

Further, by fixing the bolt leg to the floor surface while the bolt leg is held between the fixtures, the bolt leg is indirectly fixed to the slab.

[Effect]

With this configuration, the bolt leg is fixed to the fixture by the notch and recess. If this fixture is fixed to the slab with anchor bolts or glue, the bolt leg will be indirectly fixed to the slab.
