θを駆動して、基板24をマスク33の直下に移動させ
る。次にアクチュエータMZを駆動し、基板24を上昇
させてマスク33の下面に押接し、次いでスキージ34
を摺動させて、基板24の回路パターンにクリーム半田
を印刷する(第2図鎖線参照)。印刷を終えたならば、
基板24は原位置に復帰し、コンベヤ(図示せず)によ
り、次の工程へ搬送される.
(発明の効果)
以上説明したように本発明は、基板を位置決めするXY
Zテーブル装置と、この基板に設けられた基準点を観察
する基板観察用カメラと、マスクとスキージによりこの
基板の回路パターンにクリーム半田を印刷するスクリー
ン装置とを備え、上記XYZテーブル装置に、上記マス
クに設けられた基準点を観察するマスク観察用カメラを
一体的に装着してい為ので、XYZテ一ブル装置は基板
用のものを1個だけ設ければよく、またマスク観察用カ
メラをXYZテーブルに一体的に装着して、下方からマ
スクを観察するようにしているので、スキージはカメラ
の観察の障害にはならず、したがってスキージを上方や
側方へ退去させる為の装置を不要にでき、またカメラで
マスクを観察する際のカメラの移動ストロークは小さく
