【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)互いの遠近動を自在に組み合わされた複数の吊り
下げ駒と、一端縁に切断刃を形成した垂直板部の下縁部
を直角に折り曲げる事で水平板部を形成して成り、各吊
り下げ駒の下側に吊り下げられた板片と、全長の伸縮が
自在で、その両端部を、上記複数の吊り下げ駒の内の両
端の吊り下げ駒に結合した拡縮機構と、豆腐を上記切断
刃を形成した一端縁側から、上記垂直板部に押し付ける
押し付け機構とから成る、豆腐の切断分離装置。
