[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a tile fixing fitting and a fixing method thereof. [Prior Art] Generally, slate tiles and clay tiles made of baked and hardened clay (hereinafter referred to as conventional tiles) are often used as tiles for roofing. On the other hand, regarding the roof, in order to make maximum use of sunlight, a skylight is formed on a part of the roof surface to let in sunlight, and a solar heat collector is placed inside the skylight. There are also attempts to do so. One way to achieve this goal is to form tiles made of transparent glass material (hereinafter referred to as glass tiles) in the same shape as conventional tiles, and then attach them to the roof after the roof has been covered with tiles. Glass roof tiles are sometimes placed in combination with conventional roof tiles to avoid creating a sense of discomfort and to allow sunlight to enter the building.

By the way, the conventional method of fixing tiles is to make nail holes in the tile itself in advance, position them in relation to the tile beams, and then drive nails into the side of the tile beams through these nail holes to fix the tiles. It was something to do. However, especially in the case of glass tiles, as the material is different from conventional tiles, it is not impossible to make nail holes, but there is a separate work process that requires drilling holes. The method of fixing glass tiles with nails has its own unique difficulties, as the cost can be high due to the need for this method. Moreover, providing nail holes in the tiles, which should originally have an excellent leak-proof structure, means allowing raindrops to enter through the nail holes.
There were also inconveniences such as the need to take waterproofing measures such as separately laying waterproof paper. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned disadvantages found in the conventional methods, and its purpose is to provide a new tile fixing fitting and a method for fixing the same. . Among these, the structural feature of the tile fixing metal fittings is that the fixing metal fittings are composed of a tile support part disposed on the upper end side via a column extending in the vertical direction, and a nail part disposed on the lower end side. The tile support part includes a locking part having a protrusion protruding downward from the terminal end of a support arm bent laterally from the upper end of the support part, and a locking part having a protrusion projecting downward from an open end of the protrusion. It has a holding part that is bent back in a curved manner toward the arm part, and the nail part is bent from the lower end of the support part in a direction that intersects with the bending direction of the tile support part. The reason is that it is curved and has a sharp point at its tip. Further, the structural feature of the method for fixing tiles is that a fixing fitting is used which is provided with a tile support part on the upper end side and a nail part on the lower end side through a pillar part extending in the vertical direction. In the supporting arm section, which is bent in the horizontal direction, the end portions are inserted so that the ends thereof are overlapped with the sides located under the tiles that are vertically adjacent to each other facing the ridgepole direction. The end portion side can be locked through a protrusion provided at the tip of the portion, and the protrusion is curved from the open end toward the support arm and folded back. The holding part has a part that is adjacent to the lower tile in the direction of the ridgepole in parallel in the direction of the ridgepole of the two tiles that are locked through the protrusion, and that covers the end of these tiles. After introducing and holding the end of the other tile in the position, the nail part, which is bent in a direction crossing the bending direction of the tile support part, is fastened to the tile crosspiece to separate each tile. The point is to fix it. [Function] Therefore, according to the present invention, the tile can be fixed by supporting the tile through the tile support part of the fixing metal fitting and driving the nail part into the tile crosspiece from the side. Not only can the waterproofness be improved by eliminating the need for needle holes like in conventional roof tiles, but also the fixing state can be made more reliable and strong. [Example] Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the overall shape of a tile fixing fitting according to an embodiment of the present invention. a strut portion 2 extending with a required length;
It consists of a tile support part 3 disposed on the upper end side of the support column 2 and a nail part 8 disposed on the lower end side, and the whole is made of a suitable material with high corrosion resistance such as stainless steel. It is integrally formed using a strong metal material. Among these, the tile support part 3 is formed having a locking part 4 and a holding part 7. In this case, the locking part 4 includes a support arm part 5 bent laterally, for example, horizontally, from the upper end of the support column part 2, and a protrusion part 6 that projects downward from the terminal end of the support arm part 5. It is formed by having Further, the holding portion 7 curves out from the open end of the protrusion 6 toward the support arm 5 and folds back, thereby creating a required space l8 between the holding portion 7 and the support arm 5. It is formed with On the other hand, the nail part 8 disposed on the lower end side of the pillar part 2 is bent from the lower end of the pillar part 2 in a direction that intersects with the bending direction of the tile support part 3, and has a tip end thereof. It is formed with a sharpened portion 9 at the end thereof. In this case, the nail portion 8 is the first
As shown in the figure, it can be formed by bending backwards intersecting the bending direction of the tile support part 3 located on the left side, and as shown in Fig. 5, it can be formed symmetrically with the case of Fig. 1. Become,
In other words, it may be formed by being bent rearward intersecting the bending direction of the tile support part 3 located on the left side. In addition, in order to make it difficult to remove the nail portion 8 formed in this way after it is driven and fixed, a spiral groove or protrusion is formed on the circumferential surface of the nail portion 8 to make it difficult to remove it. You can also set up measures to make it more difficult. Since the fixture according to the present invention is configured in this manner, it can be suitably used in the fixing method according to the present invention described below. That is, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 5, the fixing method according to the present invention is to attach a roof tile support section 3 to the upper end of the support column 2 extending in the vertical direction, and a nail section 8 to the lower end thereof. Fixing fittings l provided for each are used. In this case, the horizontally bent support arm 5 constituting the tile support part 3 has tiles 11 formed of glass, clay, etc. located vertically and adjacent to each other in the direction of the ridgepole of the building. .1
2, overlapping ends 14 and 15 are introduced with the underlying tile 12 on the lower side, and these ends 1
4 and 15 are lockably supported via a protrusion 6 provided at the tip of the support arm 5. Next, a space area l8 is formed between the support arm part 5 and the holding part 7 which is curved out from the open end of the protrusion part 6 in the direction of the support arm part 5 and folded back. , adjacent in parallel in the direction of the ridgepole with the lower tile l2 of the tile 11.12 that is supported in a lockable manner via the protrusion 6, and the end portion 14 of these tiles 11.12. , 15 is introduced so that it can be held. In this way, each end 1 of the tile 11, 12, 13
4, 15. 16 is locked or held, nail portions 8 formed by bending in a direction intersecting the bending direction of the tile support portion 3 are driven laterally onto the exposed side surface of the tile beam 17. Tile tiles 11, 12 are attached by appropriate press-fitting means.
.. 13 are integrally fixed using fixing metal fittings. For this reason, roof tiles 11, 12. 13 can be fixed to the tile beams 17 without providing nail holes, which are required for conventional tiles, so the waterproofness can be increased accordingly. Furthermore, when using the method of the present invention, unlike conventional tile roofing work that is performed while looking down, it is possible to perform tile roofing work from the eave toward the ridgepole, reducing psychological fear. Not only this, but also the danger of the work can be lowered, which can greatly contribute to ensuring the speed and safety of the work. Moreover, since the nail part 8 of the fixing fitting 1 is structured to be fixed to the exposed side surface of the tile beam l7 from the lateral direction, the resistance force against the force in the pulling direction can be increased.
As a result, high wind resistance and earthquake resistance can be imparted. In the method of the present invention, when using the fixing fitting l having the structure shown in FIG. 5, tiles 11, 12. As shown in FIG. 6, the fixed state of 13 is opposite to that in FIG. 2. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, three tiles are placed next to each other in a three-layered structure with their corresponding ends overlapping each other, and the ends of the lower two layers are fitted with fixing metal fittings. Through the locking part of
The ends of the top layer can be supported through the holding parts, and by driving the nail part into the tile crosspiece with the three tiles supported by the fixing metal fittings, these tiles can be attached. Since the tiles can be fixed integrally to the tile beams, the nail holes required with conventional tiles can be eliminated from the tile surface, making it possible to install tiles that more reliably prevent water leakage. Furthermore, the nails of the fixing fittings can be driven from the lateral direction rather than vertically into the tile beams, making it possible to secure the tiles even more firmly. You can also do it more easily.
