Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform discharge of a quantitative amount at a constant speed without being influenced by a powder pressure and to perform push-up of a feed granular material by a method wherein an outer cylinder making contact with the upper surface of a table is mounted on the outer periphery of an inner cylinder mounted on a horizontal rotary table with a distance therebetween, a scraper by which a powdery material is discharged to the outside of an outer cylinder is mounted in a passage formed between an inner and outer cylinders. CONSTITUTION:A reduction motor 11 is mounted to a machine frame 1 and a horizontal rotary table 2 to a reduction drive shaft 12. A powdery material guide conical cylinder 7 is arranged on the upper surface of the table 2, and sucked in an inner cylinder 3 by means of an arm 13. A powdery material guide scraper 8 making contact with the table 2 is secured to a cylinder 14 mounted to the lower end of the conical cylinder 7. An inner cylinder 3 is secured to a table 2 with a distance (t) therebetween and a machine frame 1, and a powdery material feed hopper 9 is mounted to the upper part of the inner cylinder 3. る粉体案内スクレーパを固定して設けた上記考案記載の
ディスクフィーダー によって構成される。

中程には水平円板15を固定し、該円板15の外周に下
向外筒4を固定して設け、下端を上記テーブル2の上面
に接し、上記内外筒3.4間の空間を粉体通路5となす
ことができる。この通路5には第2図に示すように内筒
3から外筒4の側面開口部16に向う粉体排出スクレー
パ6が設けられ、該開口部16の外側には粉体排出口1
7を設けるものである。尚図中18で示すものは回転テ
ーブル2の下面支持ローラ、19は上記スクレーパ8の
先端支持杆である。
