Processing takes place. If the screen is torn during processing, workers must immediately stop operation, replace the torn sieve, and restart operation. The torn sieve
The netting will be relined separately to prepare for the next use.

つた。 However, with conventional methods, companies specializing in sieving work usually use a large number of sieving machines, so workers are busy replacing broken meshes that occur one after another, which requires a lot of time and effort. It becomes quite something. Also, a high degree of skill is required to re-stretch the netting evenly. Incidentally, when we investigated the cause of the tearing of the net, we found that it was caused by a structural defect in the netting mechanism, rather than due to sticking or abrasion due to processed materials, as was previously thought. It became clear that there were more people.

In a sieve frame in which an extended part 6 is installed that applies tension to the net passing under the fixed part from the part to the fixed part, a gap A formed by the extended part 6 and the fixed part front wall 7 is This sieve frame is characterized in that even when tension is applied to the mesh 3 due to the expansion of the portion 6, a gap is maintained such that the mesh 3 does not come into contact with the front wall 7 of the fixed portion.

FIG. 1 shows a schematic view of the sieve frame seen from above before the screen 3 is stretched. Further, FIG. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of the sieve frame shown in FIG. 1 taken at a point indicated by A.

Can be used. The air valve 9 is installed in an air valve hole 12 provided in the sieve frame as shown in FIG.

る。 Next, as shown in FIG. 2, the fixing part 4 is a holding ring having a lower surface corresponding to the upper surface shape of the peripheral edge part 2, and is configured to sandwich the net and fix it with a cap bolt 12. However, the fixing part 4 is not limited to these, and can be used as appropriate as long as it can sufficiently fix the net so that it does not come off when the net is stretched by expanding the expansion part. However, in order to securely fix the net, it is better to provide an uneven groove in the circumferential direction at the contact area between the peripheral edge part that fixes the net and the fixing part. If the grooves (mountains) are at least 2 mm or more, the fixing effect of the net will be even better.

The gap 8 formed by the front wall 7 of the fixed part is such that the mesh 3 does not always come into contact with the front wall 7 of the fixed part even when tension is applied to the mesh 3 due to the expansion of the expansion part 6. Although it is essential to maintain a gap,
The manner in which this gap is provided is determined in relation to the maximum expansion size of the expansion portion 6.

規格で35番以上のもの等に好ましく適用される。 It should be noted that the net tensioning mechanism of the present invention is difficult to apply to nets with excessively high rigidity, since appropriate tension is provided by the expanded portions as described above. Therefore, for example, industrial meshes made of wire materials such as stainless steel, galvanized iron, hard steel, brass, copper, bronze, aluminum, Monel, nickel, silk, nylon, synthetic fibers such as polyester, polyethylene, and Tetron, and carbon fibers. The number of stitches is 60 meshes or more, and the line size is SWG (STANDARD-WIRE-GAUGE).
It is preferably applied to items numbered 35 or higher in the standard.

When the net is inserted between the rubber tube and the cap bolt 12 and tightened with the cap bolt 12, the net is fixed by passing from the upper end of the rubber tube through the lower end of the presser ring, as shown by the dashed line. Thereafter, pressurized air is introduced from the air valve 9 to gradually expand the rubber tube 6, and the net is gradually stretched to a predetermined tension as shown by the two-dot chain line. In addition, to remove the screen from the sieve frame,
You can perform the above steps in reverse.

Moreover, the rubber tube cushion eliminates the severe vibrations that the net undergoes during use and the slack that occurs due to plastic deformation of the net itself.
This reduces the number of tears in the net and enables continuous operation for long periods of time. In addition, since it can be fixed with only a few bolts, there is no need to tighten several dozen bolts as in the conventional method, which of course greatly reduces the burden on workers. Even when tension is applied to the net 3, the net 3 does not always come into contact with the front wall 7 of the fixed part, so an excellent effect is obtained in that the life of the net can be extended.
