車とにより荷搬送装置を構成し、この荷搬送装置の搬送
経路を、箱状の本体で囲まれた荷保管装置の側方に通過
形成するとともに、本体の側方に搬送経路のステーショ
ンを形成し、前記本体内に、ステーションに対向して配
置された荷捌き部と、出庫位置から荷捌き部に配置され
た出庫用コンベヤと、荷捌き部から入庫位置に配置され
た入庫用コンベヤとを設け、前記本体に形成した開口を
介してステーション位置の自走台車と荷捌き部の間で荷
を受け渡しする移載装置を設け、前記本体内に設けた棚
と入庫用コンベヤおよび出庫用コンベヤとの間で荷を受
け渡しする搬入出装置を設けたことを特徴とするクリー
ンルーム内の荷取扱い設備。1.
