機構の上記リバースギヤ機構とは反対の側に設け
られて該スリーブ機構により前記リバースギヤ機
構とは逆の方向にシフト作動される前進用ギヤ機
構とを備えた歯車式変速機において、シフトノブ
の同一操作ストローク量に対し前記スリーブ機構
のリバース方向のシフトストロークを前進方向の
シフトストロークより所定量大きくするカム機構
