Since a release mechanism is provided that releases the reverse rotation prevention function of the first reverse prevention mechanism by moving it in the disengagement direction, when the rotating frame is reversely operated by the drive mechanism, this reverse operation force causes the first reverse rotation prevention mechanism to be released via the release mechanism. Since the reversal prevention function can be canceled, the second reversal prevention mechanism can always stop the rotating frame at a position suitable for swing reversal. Furthermore, when the rotating frame reverses due to the tension of the fishing line, the first reverse rotation prevention mechanism can minimize the idling of the rotating frame in the reverse direction. Therefore, the casting preparation operation can be carried out simply and easily, and the fishing line can be pulled in to the reeling side in accordance with the hit of a fish, thereby significantly increasing fishing results.

るスプール及び前記回転枠の逆転を阻止する逆転防止機
構とを備えたスピニングリールにおいて、複数の歯部を
もった逆転防止体と該逆転防止体の歯部に係合可能な第
1係合体とを備えた第1逆転防止機構と、前記釣糸係止
体の揺動反転に好適な位置に対応した一つの逆転防止用
歯部と、該逆転防止用歯部に係合可能な第2係合体をも
つ第2逆転防止機構とを設けると共に、前記駆動機構に
よる回転枠の逆転操作力により前記第1逆転防止機構に
おける係合体を前記逆転防止体に対し係合離脱方向に移
動させて第1逆転防止機構の逆転防止機能を解除する解
