以上説明したように、本発明によれば、端子部材の位置
決めが良く、固定部材が端子部材とビーズコアとを強力
に固定することができるようになり、従来の如くビーズ
コアを封止成形して磁気特性を損なうことがないばかり
か、量産にも適した小型チョークコイル及びその方法が

おいて、前記端子部材に保持され前記貫通孔に挿入され
た固定部材を含み、該固定部材は、ビーズコアに当接す
る突起部と、その一端に設けられたテーパ部とを有して
いることを特徴とする小型チョークコイル。 2)請求項1記載の小型チョークコイルにおいて、前記
固定部材に少なくとも30体積%のNi−Zn系フェラ
イト材が含まれていることを特徴とする小型チョークコ

において、前記端子部材をその一端のリードフレームと

に位置した端部に前記テーパ部とを設ける工程と、該テ
