Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the positioning of terminal area materials and obtain small-size choke coils suitable for mass production without spoiling the magnetic characteristics, by letting fixed part materials have protrusions which touch a bead core, and tapered sections provided at their one-sided ends. CONSTITUTION:At first, a lead frame and a plurality of terminal area materials 23 are processed and manufactured in one united body. Fixed part materials 28 are held with a plurality of terminal area materials 23 by the use of electrically insulating resin. か、量産にも適した小型チョークコイル及びその方法が
得られるという効果がある。

【特許請求の範囲】 1)貫通孔を有するNi−Zn系フェライト材から成る
ビーズコアと、該貫通孔を貫通して該ビーズ・コアの外
部に突出する端子部材とを有する小型チョークコイルに
おいて、前記端子部材に保持され前記貫通孔に挿入され
た固定部材を含み、該固定部材は、ビーズコアに当接す
る突起部と、その一端に設けられたテーパ部とを有して
いることを特徴とする小型チョークコイル。 2)請求項1記載の小型チョークコイルにおいて、前記
固定部材に少なくとも30体積%のNi−Zn系フェラ
イト材が含まれていることを特徴とする小型チョークコ
イル。 3)請求項1記載の小型チョークコイルを製造する方法
において、前記端子部材をその一端のリードフレームと
共に一体に製造する工程と、前記端子部材の周囲に前記
固定部材を保持させる工程と、その固定部材に、前記突
起部と、該突起部よりも前記端子部材の一端とは反対側
に位置した端部に前記テーパ部とを設ける工程と、該テ
