ヤンドモータポンプにおいて本考案の均圧穴を設
けた場合、従来のバランスホールを設けた場合、
および従来のいずれをも設けない場合におけるそ
れぞれポンプ前側室とポンプ後側室の圧力分布の
測定例を示すグラフ図、第４図は従来例の高純度
液用キヤンドモータポンプを示す縦断面図、第５
図および第６図はそれぞれ同上インペラのバラン
スホールを設けるための手段を示す縦断面図であ
る。 ２……インペラ、１７……ポンプケーシング、
１８……インペラ吸込口、１９……インペラ本体
、２０……流通穴、２１……オリフイス部、２２
……遠心ポンプ、２３……ポンプ後側室、２８…
…ポンプ前側室、３０……均圧穴。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 円板状のインペラ本体の一側中央部に開口した
    インペラ吸込口から前記インペラ本体内を放射状
    に貫通する複数の流通穴を穿設してなるインペラ
    を備え、前記インペラ吸込口とポンプケーシング
    との間に環状隙間のオリフイス部を形成した遠心
    ポンプにおいて、 前記インペラ本体に前記流通穴とは交差せずに
    軸方向に貫通する均圧穴を穿設したことを特徴と
    する遠心ポンプの軸推力軽減装置。
