の二軸角速度計において回転軸１４にその長手方
向の軸受振動が加えられた場合のそれぞれ圧電検
出器の屈曲振動及び検出出力特性を示す図、第５
図は第２図のペンジユラム軸を説明するための要
部の正面図である。
