発明が解決しようとする課題

機の構造が複雑になり、特に複数個のコイルを巻き付け
るときは1つずつ端末の取り付けをする必要があるため
作りにくいという問題もあった。面実装部品として完成
したものを印刷配線基板に実装する場合に端子が印刷配
線基板の電極部に確実に半田付けできているか確認する

溝の中程に設けられ・た凹部でコイルの端末が切断され
、コイルの端末をリング状の磁性体コアの電極部側に折
り曲げてコイルの端末と電極を半田もしくは導電性樹脂

発明の効果

に設置しておき電線を巻き付けた後周囲にリング状の磁
性体コアを固定するときに同時にコイルの端末を磁性体
コアに固定でき、またコイルの端末が固定された後電極
部溝の中程の凹部で電線を破断させることができ、その
後コイルの端末をリング状磁性体コアの電極側に曲げて
、端末と電極を半田もしくは導電性樹脂で固定できるも
ので、精度良く簡単に取り付けることができるという効
