  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 デイスクパス部によりデイスクを跨いで設けら
    れたキヤリアと前記デイスクの軸方向に移動自在
    に該キヤリアに支持される一対の摩擦パツドとの
    間に介装され、 前記キヤリアに形成されたトルク受け部を覆い
    、前記摩擦パツドが摺接する一対の脚部と、 該脚部を連結する基部に設けられ、前記摩擦パ
    ツドを前記キヤリパに押圧する押圧部と、 前記基部に設けられ、前記キヤリアの前記デイ
    スクパス部側壁に弾性係合する爪部が形成された
    抜け止め部と、 からなるパツドスプリングを有するデイスクブ
    レーキにおいて、 前記パツドスプリングの抜け止め部に形成され
    た爪部の根元に、前記デイスクの軸方向に伸びる
    スリツトを形成したことを特徴とするデイスクブ
    レーキ。
