Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the case of the above-mentioned filling operation method, when the tablets fall, they often stand up in the cartridge or pouch as shown in the figure, making it impossible to properly align the tablets. Therefore, if you shake the cartridge or sachet to align them, the tablets will rub against each other, creating powder, and since the tablets are chlorine-based, they may irritate the operator's eyes, nose, trachea, etc., and the tablets may break. There were problems such as: Furthermore, if the tablets are not aligned even with this method, the tablets must be touched directly with the hands to correct the alignment. In addition, when putting the tablets into the cartridge, there were many problems, such as the same powder that was produced when the sachet was loosened or shaken.

Means for Solving the Problems As a result of various studies in order to solve the above problems, the inventors of the present invention decided to use a solid disinfectant with holes, that is, donut-shaped solid tablets. The authors discovered that the above problems could be solved all at once by using a cylindrical packaged solid tablet that was manufactured in advance by inserting a guide rod as an inner material into the tablet. The idea has been completed, and its gist is to line up the required number of donut-shaped solid tablets for sterilizing discharged water from sewage and human waste treatment facilities, or for water treatment at water treatment facilities. A packaged solid tablet having a cylindrical shape and an exterior made of a flexible material, in which a stopper is formed at one end to open and close, and the other end is made of an elastic material and is bent. A feature is that a rod is used to insert the through holes formed in the aligned solid tablets to serve as the interior, and to guide the filling when the tablets are filled into the cartridges of the facility. In packaged solid tablets.

When producing a packaged solid tablet, a flat cylindrical donut-shaped solid sterilizing tablet 2 made of chlorinated isocyanuric acid with a cylindrical through hole 1 in the center as shown in Figure 1-1 is used. Using this method, the required number of pieces are arranged so that the flat parts are in contact with each other as shown in FIG. 1-2. On the other hand, it is made of a chlorine-resistant hard elastic resin such as PVC as shown in Figure 1-3, and its cross section is cross-shaped, and its size is the same as that of the hole 1 of the tablet 2.
A rod approximately corresponding to and smaller than this is prepared as the interior material/guide rod 3. In this case, one end of the guide rod 3 is shown in FIG.
As shown in 4, the four ridgeline parts of the cross shape are
From the longitudinal center axis of the rod 3, it extends in the radial direction while expanding toward one end of the rod 3, and has four branch pieces 4a,
4b, 4c, and 4d. These branches have elasticity and are in a spring-biased state, and can be reduced in the direction of the central axis of the guide rod until they can pass through the hole diameter of the tablet, as shown by the arrow in Figure 1-4. It's becoming like that. Therefore, these branches can function as a stopper for opening and closing the tablet 2, as will be explained later. This part is displayed as a stopper 5. The other end of the rod 3 is not shaped like a cross but is formed as a flat plate-like piece 6 of an appropriate length, so that the plate-like piece 6 is elastically free from its thickness direction in a direction parallel to the central axis. It is now possible to bend. Because this plate-shaped piece 6 has such properties, it can be used as a support handle for a solid tablet when it is not bent, as will be explained later, and by placing this part at an appropriate length and bending it, it can be used as a rod. has become effective for use as an interior material.

The guide rod 3 formed as described above is shown in FIG.
The solid tablets are fixed by inserting them into the through holes 1 formed in the required number of aligned solid tablets shown in FIG. 2 from the direction of the plate-like piece 6 as shown in FIG. 1-5. As shown in Figure 1-7, the bag is placed in a cylindrical pouch 7 made of a membrane made of chlorine-resistant and flexible polyethylene, etc., and then, as shown in Fig. 1-7, the pouch 7 is used as an exterior material and the guide rod 3 is inserted. A required number of solid tablets 2 are packaged as an interior material to produce a packaged solid tablet 8. In this case, the plate-like piece 6 of the guide rod 3 is bent,
It is fixed together with the pouch 7 to make the packaging secure.

As shown in FIG. 2-1, the plate-shaped piece 6 side of the packaged solid tablet 8 is unpacked. In this case, the plate-shaped piece 6 is restored in the direction of the central axis of the guide rod 3 due to its elasticity. Next, pinch the plate-like piece 6 with your fingers and remove the solid tablet 2 from the pouch 7.
is pulled out, and in this state, the entire amount of tablets is filled into the cartridge 9 as shown in FIG. 2-2. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 2-3, from the lower opening 10 of the cartridge 9, pinch the stopper 5 of the guide rod 3 with your fingers, and
Pull out to complete filling. In this case, if some tablets remain in the cartridge 9 or if there is no hole (lower opening) at the bottom of the cartridge 9 to pull out the guide rod, the stopper 5 of the guide rod 3 should be moved as described above. Since the upper end of the medicine is held down, the guide rod 3 can be easily pulled out in the direction of the plate-shaped piece 6. (This point will be explained in detail in the next section.) When a considerable amount of tablets remain in the cartridge and the required amount of tablets must be refilled and filled.

Both the stopper 5 and plate-like piece 6 sides of the guide rod 3 of the packaged solid tablet 8 are unpacked. In this case, the fixation on the plate-like piece 6 side is only released and the pouch 7 is not opened. Next, as shown in Figure 3-1 (remaining tablets are indicated by diagonal lines), insert the tip of the pouch 7 into the cartridge 9, and use one hand to fill the required number of tablets (indicated by opposite diagonal lines). Press the top of the tablet along with the sachet 7,
While shifting the bag downward, at the same time, hold down the plate-shaped piece 6 along with the pouch 7 with the other hand, pull out the guide rod 3, and fill the required number of bags as shown in FIG. 3-2. In this case, the stopper 5 is formed of a branch piece as described above and is designed to function, so that it easily comes into contact with the hole in the tablet by the force of pulling out the guide rod 3, and is reduced in size until it can pass through the hole. You can pull out the required number of pieces, and after pulling them out, they return to their original shape due to their elasticity and function as a stopper again.
