学式煙センサのいずれか一方あるいは双方を備え
たことを特徴とするマイクロ波加熱装置。 (2) 紫外線センサがオーブンの排気口から離れ
た位置に取りつけられていることを特徴とする請
求項第1項記載のマイクロ波加熱装置。 (3) 光学式煙センサがオーブンの排気口の近く
の位置に空気の流れに渦流を起させる滞流板とと
もに取りつけられていることを特徴とする請求項
第1項記載のマイクロ波加熱装置。 (4) オーブン内が耐熱性に優れ誘電体損失係数
が小さくかつ紫外線を通過させにくい壁で仕切ら
れ、各セクシヨンごとに紫外線センサが取りつけ
られていることを特徴とする請求項第1項記載の
