Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a tube from deflection, curving and eccentricity caused by providing a turning roll device provided with a press roller pressing a tube disposed between a driving roller and a follower roller and a mortar continuous feeding mechanism and also a compressive transfer pipe current transferring mortar discharged out of said mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The rear end of a compressive transfer pipe 5 is a supporting assembly 3c and the front end is supported by a bearing mechanism 7 respectively. A steel tube 1 is rotated in the state of being supported at the three points of a driving roller 21, a follower roller 22 and a press roller 23 of a turning roller device 2. The operation of a compressive pump 31 is started and compressed air is fed from a compressed air feeding means 32, and a spraying carriage 3 is moved backward at the required speed. Mortar is discharged to a compressive transfer pipe 5 by said arrangement and simultaneously current transferred by the compressed air and collided with a spraying nozzle 6 at the end to be dispersed in the radius direction and distributed on the inner surface of the steel tube. At that time, as the steel tube 1 is supported with the turning device 2, any deflection or curving is not generated during the operation.
