叉部の両面にそれぞれ電極が形成され、その各電
極と同一面側にそれぞれ各電極を外部回路に導通
させる接続端子部が形成された圧電基板と、該圧
電基板の音叉部に対向して配設されたダミー基板
とを、表面側シートと裏面側シートとで挟み込み
、一体化した圧電振動子において、 上記接続端子部を、上記圧電基板の音叉部が形
成された辺に対向する辺側に全て配置すると共に
、上記表面側シート及び/若しくは裏面側シート
の上記接続端子部と対応する位置に切欠部を形成
