本発明において用いられるポリエステル樹脂は

ル模様の入つたものとするには2〜3種類の着色
剤をそれぞれ別々に加えたものを準備しておき、

調装飾品はシリコン型のような適度の弾性を備え
た型を用いて製造されるものであるが、その製造

らゲル化させ、ピンホールのないレリーフ2を成
形する。次に不飽和ポリエステル樹脂100(重量)
部に対して、粘性増加剤としてのアスベスト粉30
部、硬化剤1部を混合したものに2種類の着色剤
を別々に加え、真空脱泡してベース1用の材料を
製造する。このベース1用の材料を第3図のよう
に画筆などによりレリーフ2の上面及び型3のベ
ース部7の全面に塗布し、ゲルコート層6とす
る。このゲルコート層6は繊細な模様を出すとと
もにベース1の表面に柔らかい感じと光沢を与え
るためのものである。その後第4図のように色違
いの2〜3種類のベース1用の材料を混ぜ合わせ
てマーブル模様を形成させながら型3のベース部
7に注入してベース1を成形し、前記したと同様
に振動を加えながら約40分間ゲル化させ、脱型後
15時間以上放置して完全硬化させる。その後得ら
れた装飾品の表面を剥離剤で洗い最後にサンドペ
ーパーによりバリなどを落とし第1図に示される

たものである。特に、レリーフ2の表面は剥離剤
により表面処理されてポリエステル樹脂が溶出さ
れ、大理石の粉末と充填剤とが表面に露出した状
態にあるので、大理石に極めて近い純白の色彩と
優れた質感を得ることができる。またベース1と
レリーフ2とは共に同質のポリエステル樹脂から
成るので強い接着性が得られ反りや剥離を生ずる
