Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a bactericidal lubricating agent capable of preventing microbial contamination when applied to a conveyor for bottles containing milk, liquor, a soft drink, etc., by mixing an anionic surface active agent with a bactericidal cationic surface active agent comprising a quaternary ammonium compound. CONSTITUTION:This bactericidal lubricating agent is obtained by mixing one or more anionic surface active agents (A) selected from compounds of formulas I, II, and III (wherein R is 8-20C alkyl or alkenyl; R' is 1-4C alkyl; n is 1 to 8; m is 1 or 2; M is H, an alkali metal, an amine or an alkanolamine) [e.g., (formula I) oleylsarcosinetriethanolamine] with a bactericidal cationic surface active agent (B) comprising a quaternary ammonium compound (e.g., an alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride) at a ratio of A to B of (5-80):(95-20), preferably (10-60):(90-40).

を行い、結果を表−2に示した。殺菌力試験および潤滑
性試験は次のようにして行った。
