前記操作部を含み且つ前記中蓋部に対して着脱自
在な外蓋部からなり、蓋体駆動信号に応じて前記
中蓋部を移動せしめる駆動手段と、検知信号に応
じて前記駆動手段に前記蓋体駆動信号を発する制
御回路とを有し、前記制御回路は前記外蓋部が取
り外されたことを検知して前記中蓋部をして前記
挿入口を閉塞せしめるべく前記蓋体駆動信号を発
