がなされている。(Industrial field of application) A holder for installing and using a disposable cloth that uses a chemical exothermic reaction inside footwear such as shoes (prior technology) A disposable cloth that uses an oxidation reaction of iron powder, etc. is available today. It is widely used in Japan, and some proposals have been made regarding the application of this disposable cloth to footwear such as shoes.

It is generally considered to be set.

In addition, footwear such as shoes come in various sizes because they are tailored to the size of the feet of each wearer, and insoles of various sizes are prepared to accommodate these different shoe sizes. This makes manufacturing complicated, making it difficult to manage the product during the storage and distribution process, and requiring unnecessary space, which also inevitably increases costs.

部が装脱操作を妨害する。Although the product according to the above-mentioned US patent specification does not require such an insole and therefore does not have these disadvantages, in this case it is effective for the toes and the bottom of the foot because it provides a warming effect on the upper surface of the foot. Does not provide a warming effect. That is, I
Generally speaking, the warming effect has a strong tendency to propagate upward, and since there is a certain amount of space between the inner surface of the upper surface of the footwear and the surface of the foot, it is possible for the warm air to have a warming effect on the foot. There is a strong tendency for it to be lost without giving much. Furthermore, even if there is no need to manufacture a separate part from the footwear, such as an insole, the disposable lining storage area is always kept in the footwear, so when wearing the footwear in summer or warm seasons, , the housing section obstructs the loading/unloading operation.

Furthermore, the footwear having the above-mentioned color accommodating portion requires a lot of man-hours to manufacture and is inevitably expensive.

A warming effect that does not reach this level cannot provide a sense of satisfaction, even if we take great pains to use disposable gels.

It is necessary to prepare and manage the system, which is very complicated and has the disadvantage of being costly. In particular, if excessive or insufficient temperature is detected after the shoe has been placed in the shoe and used, it is recommended to discard the used one and replace it with a new one with a different heat generation effect. This is necessary, wasteful, and requires double costs.

特徴とする靴のような履物用使い捨てかいろホルダー。"Structure of the Invention" Means 1 for solving the problem is a holder which is set on the inner bottom surface of footwear such as shoes and which receives and uses a disposable jacket, the holder being used from the tip of the foot to the end of the foot of the footwear. Similarly, a breathable covering material is attached to a breathable table piece that extends in the heel direction to form an end within a range that exceeds a wide range and does not reach the ankle, and the peripheral edge is joined, and the end of the table piece described above is attached. A shoe characterized in that a loading/unloading opening for the disposable footwear is formed in the part thereof, and the air permeability of the base piece and the wrapping material are made different so that the footwear can be turned upside down and inserted into the footwear. The heat generating effect of the disposable pad is made uniform on a plane, and as mentioned above, the base piece, which has a different air permeability than the covering material, is in contact with the sole of the shoe, and it is directed toward the inside of the shoe (i.e., the sole of the foot). The air permeability changes when the air is cooled, changing the warming effect.

As shown in the figure, the end portion 1 extends moderately from the tip of the foot 11 toward the heel within a range that does not exceed the maximum width portion 12 of the foot and does not reach the ankle.
An enveloping material 2 is attached to a base piece l on which a number 3 is formed, the peripheral edge portion is joined 4, and a loading/unloading port 5 is formed on the end portion 13 side. The end portion 13 may generally be straight, but in some cases it may be bent to some degree, for example, it may be a cutting line recessed in an arc shape.

Depending on which one is set toward the sole (inner surface of the shoe), the amount of air supplied to the disposable sole will change depending on which one is set toward the sole (inner surface of the shoe). , thus its calorific value can be changed. It is easy to experimentally form a temperature difference of about 5 to 10°C, but depending on the case, it is possible to vary the temperature over a wide range of 3 to 20°C.

。As shown in Fig. 3.4, the base piece 1 is made of a thick fiber having a certain rigidity and a diameter of 0.1 to 0.5 nm, such as vinylidene chloride, as shown in Fig. 3.4. It is preferable to use a polymerized net material 6 formed by crossing or knitting materials and forming bent portions 6a as shown in FIG. 4, thereby creating a certain space between the inner surface of the sole and the sole. By ensuring this, breathability is improved and heat generation is uniformly generated over a plane, especially for disposable warmers. As mentioned above, the wrapping material 2 is made of a felt-like material or a non-woven fabric that has a pleasant feel, and is preferably made to give a soft feeling to the sole surface of the foot. This gives effective extensibility to the wrapping material 2 and the stand piece 1, thereby achieving a stable set. It goes without saying that an adhesive may be used for the joint 4 at the periphery of these sheet materials 1.2 and 6, but it is also possible to weld these materials 1.2 together with the material 6 of synthetic resin. As a result, as shown in FIG. 2, it is possible to firmly form a joint 4 in which the materials 1, 2, and 6 are melted and integrated.

In the case of this embodiment in which the mesh member 6 having the bent portion 6a is also used on the stand piece 1 as described above, the bag 7 as described above is used.
The disposable shell 7 housed in the cough mesh material 6 engages with the uneven bent portion 6a of the cough mesh material 6, and does not move due to frictional sliding during walking, and the covering material 2 is also properly bonded. A stable containment condition can be obtained.
