Claims (1)
- 回転軸と、この回転軸の回転情報信号を検出す
る回転検出装置との取り付け構造において、前記
回転軸に対して定位置に配置された取付板に、固
定板と、この固定板に沿つて第１の方向に摺動す
る第１の摺動板と、この第１の摺動板に沿つて前
記第１の方向と直交する第２の方向に摺動する第
２の摺動板とから成るＸ―Ｙステージを取り付け
、このＸ―Ｙステージの前記第２の摺動板上に前
記回転検出装置を固着し、この回転検出装置に設
けられた回転検出軸と前記回転軸とを調心手段を
有するジヨイント装置にて連結したことを特徴と
する回転検出装置の取り付け構造。
