センターと前記ラインセンサー素子センターが一
致するように調節後、前記光源ランプと主反射鏡
とを固定したブロツクと補助反射鏡のブロツクを
各々別々に位置調節して前記スリツトセンターに
最大の集光を行わせる調節機構を有することを特
