ムの先端部を運転席に向かつて付勢する第１の付
勢手段と、前記アームの移動方向に沿つて連続的
に爪部を設けたラツチと、前記アームに連結され
たブレーキケーブルと、前記アームに揺動可能に
取り付けられたペダルと、前記ペダルを一方の回
転方向に付勢する第２の付勢手段と、前記アーム
に回動可能に支持され、前記ラツチの爪部と係合
する係合手段と、前記ペダルの付勢方向と逆方向
の回転に基づいて、前記係合手段と爪部との係合
を解除する解除手段と、からなることを特徴とす
