この発明は自動二輪車用ワイヤーハーネスに使用される
防水コネクターのg!遣方法、特にコネクタハウジング
のリード線迎え入れ部におけるり−ド線と当該部分との

リード線迎え入れ部(E)内に嵌め入れしてリード線と
リード線迎え入れ部との間のシール性を確保出来るよう

本発明は上述の欠点に鑑み、以下の(A)〜(C)より
成る方法で自動二輪車用ワイヤーハーネスに1吏用され
る防水コネクタを製造するようにし、」−述の欠点を解

端末に端子金具を付設した状態で、硬質のポリ塩化ビニ
ルで形成されたコネクタハウジングのキャビティ内に挿
入な後、リード線迎え入れ部を当該部分の上下に設けら
れた高周波加熱機の電極にて挾み込ましめた状態で挟圧

ングと端子金具との係わりをリード線迎え入れ部とリー
