同57−40313号公報)。 The applicant first arranged an upper elevating body and a lower elevating body vertically at a required interval on a truss attached to the roof of a building via cables, and installed a structure between the upper and lower elevating bodies. A protective net is stretched, and a working gondola suspended from the above-mentioned beam via cables is placed between the net and the wall of the building, and a hoisting machine is used to lift both the upper and lower elevating bodies together or the lower part. By raising and lowering only the elevating body, the netting surface is moved vertically along the wall of the building, and the work gondola sequentially performs construction work on the surrounding wall surface covered by the netting. We proposed equipment and methods for constructing peripheral walls of buildings (Japanese Patent Publication Nos. 57-40312 and 1987-40313).

It has the advantages of being safe by reducing the effects of wind pressure, and eliminating the need to cover the entire surrounding wall of the building until all construction work is completed.

A problem arose when construction work was carried out by moving the protective net and work gondola along the lateral direction of the surrounding wall of the building.

た。 In other words, when moving the protective net and the work gondola in the lateral direction of the surrounding wall of the building, the vertical elevator and the work gondola are first lowered to the ground, and in this state, each joist and cable are moved horizontally on the roof. It is necessary to use a method in which the vertical lift body and the work gondola are suspended again from the ground using ropes, and then raised from the ground.Such work is extremely complicated and inefficient. Moreover, in cases where the ground from which the work gondola or the like is lowered cannot be used, a more complicated construction method is required.

1 is a bogie that runs on a pair of parallel main rails 2, 2 laid on the roof of building A, and horizontally runs on four vertical axes 3 that extend in the front-rear direction and are parallel to each other in the length direction of the main rails. A frame body 5 interconnected by a shaft 4, wheels 6 provided at predetermined positions of the frame body 5 and rolling on the main rails 2, 2 at the bottom, and wheels 6' for preventing overturning.
The four vertical shafts 3 constituting the cart 1 extend forward so as to protrude from the outer wall surface of the building A, and have projecting beams 8a,
8b. 9 is each of the above-mentioned projecting beams 8a, 8b
This is a horizontally long auxiliary rail installed across the lower surface of the work gondola, and is equipped with an auxiliary trolley 11 for running the work gondola. This auxiliary trolley 11 includes a pair of horizontally rotatable trolleys 14, 14, which are equipped with a drive motor 13 on at least one of the auxiliary rails 9 at both ends of a cross beam 12 so as to be movable, and a work gondola. brackets 15 for supporting the cables, respectively;
15, and an energizing relay box 16 is provided in the middle. 17 is the upper elevating body,
A frame member 18 having a U-shape as a whole with sleeve arms facing inward at both ends of a long pipe is provided with hoisting machines 19, 19 at front and rear positions on both sides, respectively. The cables 20, 20 wound around the main bogie 1 are supported by and suspended from the projecting beams 8a, 8b located on both sides of the projecting beams. Reference numeral 21 is a lower elevating body having a long floor plate 22, and hoisting machines 23, 2 are installed at the left, right, front, and rear positions of the upper surface of the floor plate 22, respectively.
3, and a support 24 is erected on the front edge, and the cable 2 is wound around the hoisting machines 23, 23.
5 and 25 are supported and suspended from the inner side projecting beams 8a and 8b, respectively, of the projecting beams provided on the main bogie 1. As described above, a protective net 26 is stretched between each of the movable elevating bodies 17 and 21 which are arranged above and below the building A at a predetermined interval. The upper edge of this protective net 26 is attached in a U-shape in plan along the frame member 18 of the upper elevating body 17 using a binding line 27 or the like, and the lower end thereof is fixed to the pillar 24 as appropriate. They are placed all together on the floor plate 22 of the lower elevating body 21. Further, the rear edge of the lower elevating body 21 is appropriately fixed to the peripheral wall surface of the building A via a stopper 28 to prevent steady movement. Reference numeral 29 is a known working gondola, and in addition to the floorboard, handrails and protective walls, there are hoisting machines 30, 30 on both sides.
The cables 31, 31 wound around the hoisting machines 30, 30, respectively, are connected to the brackets 15, 1.
It is supported by 5.

Each truss 8a of the trolley 1 moved to a predetermined position on the rooftop,
The upper elevating body 17 and the lower elevating body 21 are suspended from the cables 20, 25 on the 8b, and a protective net 26 is stretched between them, and the cables 31, The work gondola 29 is suspended through the hoisting machine 3 in this state.
0 to raise and lower the work gondola 29 between the vertical elevators 17 and 21, and drive the drive motor 13 to move the pair of trolleys 14 and 14 along the sub rail 9 from one end to the other end. In this way, the work gondola 29 is moved vertically and horizontally in the area covered by the protective net 26 to perform work on the surrounding wall surface within the work area, and then the protective net 26 is stretched and the work is carried out. gondola 29
With the building suspended, the vertical lift bodies 17, 21 and the work gondola 29 are raised and lowered together to move to the next work area in the height direction of the building A, or the trolley 1 is moved on the rails 2, 2 on the rooftop. Then, the worker moves to the next work area in the circumferential direction of the building A, and works on the surrounding wall surface within the area again by raising and lowering the work gondola 29 and running the trolleys 14, 14.

Adjustment of the tensioning height is performed by operating a hoisting machine 23 provided on the lower elevating body 21, and in order to avoid the protective net 26 from being blown away by the wind during strong winds such as a typhoon. The protective net 26 is contracted between the upper and lower elevating bodies 17 and 21 by the hoisting machine 23.

9 is conveniently placed on the floor plate 22 of the lower elevating body 21, and the floor plate 22 is placed on the lower elevating body 17.
This serves as a walking path for workers when attaching or removing the building A to building A. In addition, although the above example illustrates the case where the main bogie 1 runs on the main rail 2 laid on the rooftop, it is also possible to use a bogie that can move on the rooftop by itself with wheels, and furthermore, Although the case is shown in which the bodies 17 and 21 are equipped with hoisting machines 19 and 23, respectively,
Of course, this hoisting machine may be installed on the rooftop, or the upper hoisting body may be suspended so that it can be raised and lowered without using a hoisting machine, and the hoisting machine 23 may be provided only on the lower hoisting body 21.

どの利点を有する。 As described above, according to the present application, the work area can be freely moved not only in the height direction of the building but also in the horizontal and lateral directions, so there is no need to cover the entire horizontal and lateral direction of the building with a protective net. In addition, in the work area covered by the protective net, the working gondola can be moved horizontally and vertically, allowing construction work to be carried out safely and efficiently. This has the advantage that the tensioning height of the protective net can be adjusted and the protective net can be contracted during strong winds.
