Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回路基板の一方の主面上の第１の導体と第２の
導体との間に第１の厚膜抵抗を有し、且つ前記第
２の導体又は第３の導体と第４の導体との間に前
記第１の厚膜抵抗よりも抵抗値の小さい第２の厚
膜抵抗を有する回路基板装置において、 前記第１及び第２の導体の前記第１の厚膜抵抗
に対する接続領域が平面的に見て互いに重ならな
いように前記第１及び第２の導体が形成され、前
記第２又は第３及び第４の導体の前記第２の厚膜
抵抗に対する接続領域が平面的に見て互いに重な
るように前記第２又は第３及び第４の導体が形成
され、前記第２又は第３の導体と前記第２の厚膜
抵抗と前記第４の導体とが前記基板の厚み方向に
順次に積層され、前記第１の厚膜抵抗と前記第２
の厚膜抵抗とは実質的に同一の材料で形成されて
いることを特徴とする厚膜抵抗を有する回路基板
装置。
