Claims (1)
- マグネトロンの陽極回路をオンオフするソリツ
ドステートリレーと、カウンタと、該カウンタの
カウント数と設定値を比較しカウント数が設定値
より大きいとき上記ソリツドステートリレーをオ
フにしカウント数が設定値と等しいかより小さい
とき上記ソリツドステーリレーをオンにするコン
パレータと、該コンパレータに上記設定値を入力
するデイジタル入力部と、上記カウンタを駆動す
るパルスジエネレータと、予め定めた時間ごとに
上記カウンタと上記コンパレータをリセツトする
リセツトパルスジエネレータとを備え、上記コン
パレータの設定値により上記ソリツドステートリ
レーのオンオフデユーテイを変えることによつて
、上記マグネトロンのマイクロ波出力を制御する
マイクロ波加熱装置。
